I ordered a small original HAM and CHEESE, which is not listed on the menu any longer. I stated I wanted ham, cheese, mayo and onion only on my sandwich. The young man taking the order was very nice and repeated it back and I acknowledged it was correct. What I got was bread, ham, salami and cheese with mayo. It looked different and didn’t have much meat on it but I took a few bites not realizing it was wrong and I told my husband it didn’t taste right. He looked and said, it has salami on it. He told me to tell them it was wrong, so I did. The guy that came up to help me, said “It looks like you already ate it all”. I replied I ate half, after I took the salami off. It didn’t matter because it still wasn’t right. He finally made me another sandwich that was correct after saying, I probably confused the guy taking the order when I said “original “ because the original has salami on it. Well excuse me, but it also has lettuce, olives and other ingredients that weren’t put on it! The guy that took the order had it right! Also, we were there at 12:00 noon. There was one couple finishing their meal and we were the only customers inside until a couple of ladies came in as we were about to leave. It wasn’t filthy, but the tables had not been wiped down and the drink station area was dirty. I think there were 4 people working. I have not had good results with this location.

Dropped inside for lunch. Food was pretty good, but the “children” working there were far from impressive. One young lady, not sure if she was assistant manager..was very rude. As about 5 of the staff congregated in the back to have a chat, I reluctantly knocked to asked someone for a “to-go” box to take our leftovers. I got my ‘to go” box, but not without rolled eyes and attitude.

Why is this place always full of smoke when we go in? My wife had an issue with an incorrect order, when she went back to the counter to tell them that it was wrong the response was “why did you eat it” she had taken a few bites before realizing that it wasn’t right. Why would you have an attitude with your customers?

Miss Beverly was nice and happy to help. I asked for an add-on item to my sandwich that she wasn’t sure was on her register menu. Asked her co-worker for assistance and the lady, Amber was RUDE AF! Food was delicious (but inaccurate per our order), Miss Beverly was great, thanks to the Store Manager for coming to the rescue about the add-on (also nice and helpful!). Sucks that the line cook Amber soured the star rating with her lame attitude.

Large fat white woman working tonight was very, very rude to the small, brunette, young woman working the drive thru. Told her to “shut her mouth”, pulled her ear, and then flipped her off. Saw all of it through the drive thru window. I understand having a silly, joking relationship with coworkers but this appeared to be going way too far. Looked like bulling.

We arrived at 8:30 and it took 20 minutes to make our food. I told them when they handed it to us that we’d try to be done by 9 and they said not to worry about it. Order wasn’t right, but we ate it any way. Not a big deal.
