Located in a convenient spot that’s easy to find on Google Maps, this restaurant offers up some of the most mouthwatering food you’ll ever have the pleasure of tasting.

They short weighed the sausage I bought this evening togo! When I called to let the Manager know she offered me a free dessert! I never order dessert when I go there so I Don’t want one for free. Fix your scale and stop cheating your customers! I appreciate you want to prove to me you can do it right. But I wouldn’t eat in any of your restaurants for free! If you want great BBQ in Frisco try Tender BBQ down the street. It’s great no comparison! Spring Creek is below standards. Also send Ryan the manager back through training he needs to learn how to talk to and treat a guest!

If I could give it a zero I would. Food was horrible. Brisket was cut super thin and was tough. Ribs were dry and tasteless. Best part of the meal were the fresh hot rolls the young lady brought to our table. The worst…having the staff take their lunch break at the table next to us. Lound and unprofessional. I visited there for the first time last year and it was really good. This will definitely be my last time ever going there.

It was okay. The brisket wasn’t bad, but there was nothing spectacular about the barbecue sauce, and the sides tasted store-bought, not made from scratch. The best thing was the rolls. Overall, however, I’ve had much better BBQ.

Why would a vegan go to a BBQ restaurant? Because they make one AWESOME garden salad!! Hubby was so happy! He got his brisket fix and loved the Southwest salad (minus the cheese and chicken on the side). Thanks for making our visit so special.

The BBQ wasn’t bad. It wasn’t amazing but it was a good option to go to. They have a good lunch deal where you get the chicken and a large amount of sides for around 10 bucks which is a great deal and you get a lot of food. I also appreciate the lady that comes around with a basket of fresh bread rolls asking if you want more which we happily obliged. The ribs and brisket were pretty good and had a sizable portion and the mac and cheese was very tasty as well.

Ribs where good and brisket was ok for a not cheap price. Potatoe was tasty. All the fixings you want. All the workers were friendly and the bread lady kept the bread flowing. Unlimited refills on drinks. The atmosphere was nice and it was clean.

I paid 50.00 dollars for two meals, the guy cutting the brisket cut very thin slices and the St. Louis ribbs were small and barely any meat. There were 3 I assume Managers sitting around and they didn’t say a word until we were almost out the door.

Just came to the Spring Creek BBQ in Frisco off Preston and will NEVER come here again. I have never been treated so rudely and like an inconvenience by managers in my life. There were 3 sitting down together for lunch and they left us standing at the counter looking at us for 5 minutes before one of them got up to make our food. Then all three were there and there was a TON of attitude for sides that came with meals. Just absolutely the worst guest experience I have ever had. We are all working hard to drive guest counts and sales, especially during these summer months, and it baffles me how just basic customer service eludes. They won’t have to worry about my business again. Ever!

Disappointed in the professionalism here. We came 1 1/2 hours before they close and they said they were out of any slice brisket or salads. I felt they were trying to close early in order to watch a boxing match they were rushing to watch. 18 buck for leftover meat that tasted burnt and hard to chew. Careful going here as employees not very accommodating.
