My first time trying Hungry Howie’s. Got an Italian Oven Baked “Sub”. Wasn’t what I was expecting because their subs are what I would describe as a calzone without sealed edges but I was not at all disappointed with the taste! Staff were friendly. Food was decent quantity and quality, at reasonable price.

Pizza is always delicious and my kids love it! This rating goes for my delivery driver. I was such in a rush that I thought I had saved my updated address so my delivery driver ended up going to my old location, then my current location but same apartment number as my old location before coming to the correct one. I was very apologetic and embarrassed, but he greeting me with a smile and laughter. I didn’t catch his name, but I wanted to thank him again for his kindness!!

Friday I get off work and call at 6:03 pm to order a 2 topping pizza with no flavor on the crust. First thing the girl asks for is my name. She says “it will be ready in 15 to 20 minutess” and I said Thank You. I get there and the girl at the counter says….what name is your order under? I told her my name. She asks Could it be under another name? I told her that was the name I put the order in with. She says I Don’t Have An Order…Do You Want To Place One Now? I said NO, I Want You To Find Mine. She tried to push me off and said let me help the other customers first. I said No, My Order Is Just As Important As Theirs. I went out to my car, got my phone and said Look I Placed The Order At 6:03 pm. She didn’t care. All she said was I Can’t Find It. Do You Want To Place One Now? I asked if I did, would my order be put to the front of the line. She said NO. She did not care that my order was lost and did not even TRY to apologize or make it right. That’s the LAST time I go to Hungry Howies.

I picked up a order from the 281 location and it was my 1st time here as soon as get there it was very clear to me that the employees working here were having a very bad day all i got was hostility and rudeness. Even though the pizza looks delicious i definitely will not be back.

Went to hurry Howies pizza today got a meat love and wing pizza ok wing nasty they were no good call back a Caucasian boy said that there was nothing he could do I still had the wings the said his name was mason the assistant manager there was no one over him, but the owner sounded like a employee as rude as he was. I have been a manager for the last 12 years never had anyone to talk to me the way that Mr. Mason did rude will not be going back here stay clear too many pizza places in tx to spend my money then someone being rude like they gave it to me for free
