Mr. Our Purpose Is Your Blessing
We had the pleasure of visiting Diary Queen with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. We interacted with Diane while in the drive-thru, and she was happy, professional, and was an excellent communicator. She provided us the blizzard in a timely manner and flipped it upside how to ensure it would not come out. We would recommend and return back to Dairy Queen due to Diane’s professionalism.

It is disappointing to report that my recent experience at the Dairy Queen in Greenville Texas was not up to par. While the service was efficient, the food was not satisfactory. The fries on my order were served cold and hard, which was a letdown. It would have been appreciated if they were fried fresh.
