Don’t bother going inside on a Sunday morning. Car line will be given preference to in person customers. 50 cars ran through while it took 20+ minutes to get a black coffee, munchkins and a plain bagel. Shop is understaffed and horrendously managed.Hope the owner takes action or else closes the shop if they can’t provide a simply service. Would’ve been easier to sit at a restaurant and eat better quality food.

There’s a few people in here that are amazing! Then others that are rude and when they don’t have something that you already paid for they are rude about it instead of trying to fix the issue. I come here almost EVERY DAY. And every time I come the ladies are beyond rude at the drive thru window. The two guys that are sometimes at the window are hands down AWESOME and go above and beyond. If you have time, go in. Maybe they will be less rude. Have a blessed day

I was surprised to learn they do not make their doughnuts on site. My experience has been they are ok but nothing special. Often the store is in complete disarray and honestly they are not a bargain. Staff is pleasant enough but waitvtimes can be .lexcessive.

We ordered online, donuts, breakfast croissants. We get there ans they are all out, have to get munchkins and change out sandwiches to use bagels instead of croissants. Then we have to pull up and park because this ordeal is taking far to long, absolutely bad service, shame on the management team here, Example of why you go to Starbucks because when they screw up this bad you get a gift card.

I have been coming here for years and I’d say prior to mobile ordering options i would have rated this store and all dunkins a 2 star. The joke has always been dunkin employees give you whatever they want never what you order. This was true up until 2 years ago and i started coming back regularly. Theres only a handful of times my order wasn’t correct i just make sure i order ahead whenever i can. I will also note all dunkins have slightly different pricing. This was the cheapest but they just raised prices

So I was hungover from being at some punk rock bar the night before. And I wandered down to this wonderful establishment. I ordered a strawberry donut with sprinkles, a butter pecan iced coffee (made less sweet) and the breakfast taco. Let me tell you, I was RESURRECTED by this formidable feast. The iced coffee literally revived me as if it was one of those liquid IVs that celebrities do after a night of drinking. And this breakfast taco thing made me wanna cry it was so flame. Donut was fire AS ALWAYS. Dunkin don’t miss. Absolutely the most BUSSIN meal I’ve ever had while being down bad after a night out. I sat on the curb and ate every last bite. Also thank you to the certified beauties who served me you guys are real ones. Much love and god bless.

The kiosk wasn’t working right..Couldn’t get someone to take our order…door dash man yelling at the workers..ordered 10 ct. Munchkins. They werent in the order…our chai latte was all milk..i ordered everything bagel bites and got plain. Geez thumbs down!!!!
