The food was very good, but they were out of a lot of things and/or simply didn’t carry. They force you to use the kiosk which I had no issue with, but my elder mother struggled to use, and the kiosk didn’t show the items they were out of so you purchase something and you don’t even know its out of stock, overall it was just a okay experience. I will probably seek out other taco bells.

I was waiting for my food for like ten minutes and kids were running around the restaurant making a bunch of noise and slapping things off the tables. One of the ladies working there keeps shouting at them to shut up, then comes out from the kitchen and reveals herself to be the mother. She takes off her belt, in front of all of me and my friends, and starts beating her children. Another five minutes and my food was ready. Tasted pretty good.

Never thought I’d rate a Taco Bell, but the crew here is really nice and gets my order right. Last time I came in, someone asked for my name and said “I’m making you an amazing Beefy Melt burrito”. No one makes enough money anymore to care so I get it when people at fast food joints don’t care, so good service should be recognized!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell in my life. They gave our food to somebody else and then served 14 people after us as we kept asking for our food. She said we had no receipt, it was on my phone as we had done it at the little machine and I showed her. She was extremely rude. I told her I did not want my food, it had been about 45 minutes and I just wanted my money back which she refused several times. I asked for a regional manager’s phone number she would not give it to me. She gave us food refusing to give us a refund and the food was still incorrect. Even the customers were on our side, saying that she had given our food away to a homeless woman that walked up when she called someone else’s name what should’ve been our order. I cannot say enough bad things about this woman who I assume was the manager. But she should’ve refunded our money, she gave our food away to someone else they didn’t even have an order. She was a homeless woman in the bathroom for 30 minutes that came out when they called some random name that was not us, and gave the food away, and then still gave us the wrong food after serving 14 people that came in after us. Ridiculous, ghetto, and obviously did not know how to work the register or she just would not give us our money. We did not want the food any longer, and when we finally did get it because she would not give us our money, she gave us the wrong order. There are some people that are just too dumb to even be walking around on earth and she was one of them. I did complain to the company and never received thing back in my email. I still want my $30 back. Don’t ever go here the time before we went about six months before this instance happened they were letting a homeless woman use a dirty rag to clean the counters. Actually, I take that back it was years ago during Covid because we were a palled and walked out. Ghetto ghetto ghetto and so sad because it’s in Lakewood.

It’s 8:10am on a Saturday and I hate leaving bad reviews but don’t be rude to folks especially customers. Doors are locked so I called them and asked the lady what time they open. She says 8am-3am. I said oh OK I’m asking because the doors are locked. She’s says they don’t have nobody to work the front counter but how she said it. I said oh okay and she just hangs up.

The employees were incredibly DISRESPECTFUL and one of them (the big guy) acted so aggressively. I don’t like talking about employees but Taco Bell has to find a solution about this crew.
