Wonderful fajitas. I live a 1000 miles away in Punta Gorda, Fl and I would return here for their fajitas and Negros Modela draft beer. Wonderful service and food was just the right temperature. They are experts at preparing food.

Definitely a good local go to. Drinks and food came out quickly for a party of 5 with 2 kids. Food is always good. I always go for soft beef tacos, build your own. Kids were being a bit loud and rest of patrons were respectful and understanding. Appreciate their understanding with having kids.

Came here for lunch and ordered the taco salad, which was absolutely delicious! Service was quick too. My only complaint is that I checked in on Yelp and was offered a coupon for 50% off an appetizer, and when I presented it to the waiter he refused it and said they didn’t accept it. Disappointing when you get your hopes up like that, so I hope they take it off if they truly aren’t offering it.

More like 3.5 stars. One definite plus is that food is served very fast, another one is that the owner (or manager?) comes around pretty often to make sure clients are satisfied. However, we had several instances when we had to ask the waiters to please bring stuff we had already ordered such as tomato slices for the cheeseburger for one of the kids. And it also happened that we had to repeatedly ask for beverages refill, including water. I personally believe all their food is pretty tasty. I especially enjoy the shrimp street tacos. One of my kids was not crazy about the beef burrito, he found it too spicy but the other one loves the cheeseburgers served at this place. Frozen margarita is yummy for sure. Overall, a pretty decent dining experience.

My husband and I have been coming to Senor Panchos in Thomaston, CT for several years. The ambiance makes you feel like you left Thomaston and were teleported to Mexico! Beautiful and fun decor! The staff is always so friendly and pleasant! The owner Lupe is quite the entrepreneur, always expanding and creating with new and innovative ideas. Alex, the manager and bartender is amazing with his quick wit and cocktail magic! And of course the food is scrumptous! They can make pretty much anything you request or alter any item on the menu. Their habanero sauce is so tasty and spicy hot! We’ve never had a bad meal there! It reminds me of a local “Cheers” where everyone literally knows your name. It’s like a close knit family the way they all get along and how well they treat their customers. If you have not tried Senor Panchos in Thomaston, CT yet, you are in for a real treat!

WARNING!!!!! Do NOT eat here if you are CELIAC or have a GLUTEN ALLERGY!!! They don’t have a clue about gluten & think if it’s made with corn, then it’s gluten-free! Their own menu states you can get gf nachos, when I questioned them about the chips, they are fried in the fryer w/all the gluten items & there is no other way to make them…I was told, they are corn lol & they will make you deathly ill if you are Celiac! I ate only the corn tacos, rice & beans (all of which should’ve been gf) & I was extremely sick w/a gluten reaction! That’s just about the food. The owner or manager (man, shorter side w/dark hair & glasses) was extremely rude & acted as if we were bothering him by asking him questions pertaining to what would be safe to eat…yet he was the only one we could ask because nobody else knew what gluten even was. If you want to go eat someplace where you are overpaying for less than adequate food & service to be treated like you are inconveniencing the wait staff, then this is your Mexican spot…otherwise go anyplace else!
