I call in my order the young men that took my order was very nice. But when I pick up my food the a bring out my food and say tip, tip no tip for the cook I said no he said maybe next time. Well why in the hell I tip when my food was over cook the chicken nuggets was so over cook my kids could not eat it. I ask for lettuce, tomato and pickles to myself, do you see it in my picture? Then I pay for some onions ring that was 3.99 to only get three so they are $1 for one ring. My order alone was $50 to get cold over cook food and then ask me for a tip ♀️ ♀️ SAD.

My experience at this location was okay. I placed my order at drive thru and had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my food. I asked for chicken gizzards with my fish and got chicken livers. I always check my food before leaving. They were out of chicken gizzards but no one informed me of that. I don’t eat chicken livers. The guy cooking told me to come back the next day for a free order of gizzards. I called and was told he was just kidding. WHAT!!!!! Because I received shrimp in place of gizzards, he thought this was okay. This is not good customer service. The food was good but because he was not a man of his word I will not be returning to this place again. You don’t promise your customers something and then claim you were kidding. I am not!!

My son recommended them to me I usually go the the one in Frazier but the last time I went there it was way too much seasoning even though I told them to make it very very light because of my blood pressure. This time the experience was great! Even though they were busy and short staffed, they gave excellent service and my food was hot and delicious!!! They have specials on there combos i will go back!!!

They should not even bother taking call ins. I called my order in 20 minutes before arrival. Got there and it was 7 minutes before I was acknowledged. Then I told them I had a call in and have them my number, then took my payment and it still took 25 minutes for me to get my food. I’m a city bus driver and told them that when placing my order and again after I’d been standing there 15 minutes. My break was over as long as it took. They seemed to careless…. I will probably not return to this location
