Is it me or has the quality gone down along with the nonchalant attitude now that they are in a better location. Are used to be able to order food over the phone and not have to watch now I feel like if I want extra meat in my food I have to be there to see that they are giving it to me. You would think that now that they are making more money because they are in a better location that they would treat their loyal customers, and with the same quality and friendly attitude they had before when they were up there in that corner of a location that no one knew about it. if you are reading this, please step your game up as far as quality, attitude, and quantity. There are people out there that love your food, but are staying away because of the changes.

I love this place went very often but after today I’m not sure about that anymore I ordered a lunch special pork fried rice and pepper steak and they put peppers and onions more than the meat and rice and this is ridiculous! And I’m very upset !

Last 2 times ordered there was hardly any meat and the fried rice is rice had sparsely an onion had to look for any vegetables and was dry. Disappointed lunch

Many years this restaurant has served me. They sent delivery drivers to my house. At least 30 times the delivery went as planned. Tonight was no exception and the food was fantastic. We are enjoying it now. No question we love Best China Chefs!

This Chinese restaurant was introduced to me by a friend. Went there today to order food. The environment is very bright and clean, the personal hygiene of the staff is extremely neat and generous, and the bathroom is fresh and elegant. The meals I ordered include gen Tso chicken, lo mein, shrimp fried rice, chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and hot and sour soup. The quality is good, I like it very much, and the price is affordable. Highly recommend everyone to visit and taste the delicious food. I will go again.good nice

If I could rate zero I would. I have ordered 3 times for this place. Two too many! The food is always salty the female manager is rude even worse on the phone. I ordered the Peking Duck Sat 17th my 2nd $30 order from them (with no free drink no incentive to repurchase) I called to ask if they give anything for those large orders they said no. When my order arrived I ate a piece of duck shared my daughters food out and went for another piece of duck and saw feathers. I called back told the person who answered the phone that there are feathers on the duck. They passed the phone to someone else who then said they buy the duck from New York and everyone likes it. No complaints. I asked ‘Do you inspect the duck before you buy it or when you receive it’ I am still waiting not the answer because he started to scream into the phone that its no their fault they are a customer too and ‘I dont care, I dont care, I dont care’ what I am saying or the reason i am upset. A man came on the phone asked if i ate the rice I said no he hung up. I called back, asking what is going to be done, they are asking me to bring the food to them. I said I am unable to which is why I ordered delivery. They then said they will send a driver when the food is returned they will credit my card. They called back again a manager left a voicemail, I called back she took my card info to credit me and the driver collected the feather duck about 20mins later. I was not refunded the tax I paid but I guess they think I should just be happy I got a refund. My next email will be to consumer affairs and BBB.

Never listen to instructions. Have asked for well done rice and well done chicken wings. they never listen. The fried rice did not even looked fried it is undercooked wet and yellow rice with onions and peas. The white rice and broccoli are very okay. I am disappointed as we paid $15 a person and the quality and portions doesn’t come close. Will not be ordering again. Also some parts of the order was cold. Did deliver in the 45 minute delivery window though.

Really good. Date of visit: September 18 2021. I was shopping at Home Depot and it was past lunchtime and I was starving. One can work up quite an appetite shopping so I gave the Chef a try because I love Chinese food. I was not disappointed at all. My take-out was fast and fresh. My Discover Card was welcomed here so all is good. Plenty of parking and the restaurant delivers.

Generation Tso Chicken was very good. So was the pork fried rice. I also had boneless spare ribs but they were on the dry side. Very big portions for the price (I ate a lot before I took the picture)
