Food is just alright, pretty greasy leaking through the box, didnt get the extra sauces that i paid for, waited on hold for 15 minutes then hung up. Not too happy about it. Doordash guy couldnt so anything about it because they outsource all of their deliveries these days.

So today I came into this papa johns and FIRST OF ALL. The people working the front counter had a TERRIBLE attitude. I get that we have bad days but this was just unbelievable. So I gave them my order which was a medium pepperoni with extra cheese. They took my order and it took them almost 2 hours just too make it and it wasn’t even busy. I went to open my pizza box and I saw this weird creation of a pizza. They put two wings and mushrooms with looks to be barbecue sauce. This is NOT what I ordered AT ALL, they think this is funny but it’s not it’s just purely disrespectful and annoying when your trying to get something to eat after work and they give you this after taking a long time and having attitude. Will not come back here. and they didn’t even have the audacity too cut it and just gave it to me whole with no sauce or anything. I’m very disappointed and WILL NOT come back to this papa Johns. This is unacceptable!!!!!

Worst pizza crust I’ve ever had in epic stuff crust. Spoke with the manager and said pizza is acceptable @ roughly 1/16” and the crust is extra thick. Pizza was also made to be well done. They use the same amount on dough on all pizza.

I certainly won’t be anymore and due to how the manager named Zach decided to speak to me and also how he deliberately choose to handle resolving a mistake with my order. Not only had Zach NOT fixed the issue with my order but Zach also shared absolutely NO importance or concern towards the situation/mistake with my order.

I think this was a record breaker here folks. I’ve never seen it take an hour and a half for a pizza to be delivered a mile and a half on a Tuesday, but by god they pulled it off! It was like the reverse Jesse Owens of pizza delivery. Well done guys.

Received a delivery pizza from this location. It was 30-40 minutes late. The pizza was also delivered to the wrong apartment. The only reason I knew it was delivered was because I was checking the tracker. Once we brought it back, it looked like someone had been messing with it. This is not a full pizza. I called the location, and was told that since we had “taken a picture of the driver” we would not be helped, and we would have to contact corporate. I told them we never saw the driver or even got a knock on the door, and we were told we still just had to contact corporate. No sort of help or offer to make it right at all. I don’t feel comfortable eating old food that has obviously been touched by someone else.

Never ever got my pizza. I ordered a single pizza over an hour before closing time. They said it would arrive in 28 minutes. 5 minutes after closing time it’s marked as “delivered” and I can’t ever call them to ask where it is or get a refund

We order pizza from this Papa John’s all the time and their delivery and also pick up goes smoothly for us. On a busy Friday night we ordered close to their closing, and Shane was super nice about that and assured us that we were going to get our order delivered that night despite them being down delivery drivers! Our orders always come right and we always get great service when we pick up, too. Food is great and we’ll priced!
