So wife and I went to pick up dinner here tonight, and when we walked in seemed OK at first but after ordering noticed that employees were very unprofessional. Guy was yelling and talking about how he hates the cash register, no one was wearing hair nets or gloves. And surprise surprise get home and find hair in my sandwich, meat seems under cooked. So gross and disgusting. Don’t recommend going here at all. Spent close to 40 bucks and couldn’t even eat what we paid for. Will also be reaching out to corporate about this.

My first time trying Penn Station East Coast Subs today! Everyone was so nice and took the extra time to explain the menu to me. I am a Reuben lover and theirs was the best I’ve had in a while! Their fries are really good too. I ended up adding one of their chocolate chunk cookies also (amazingly soft and yummy)! Thank you all again (CR 6 Elkhart, IN) for making dinner so delicious and easy for me tonight!

Food was ok. Should get more on your sandwich for the cost of eating here. Staff was friendly but place was dirty and needs a serious look into the cleaning. Was a piece of bread on the floor with bugs all over it and a used flosser on the floor about 3 feet away. Had I seen these before ordering probably wouldn’t have eaten here.

I love the subs here!!!! The Italian is just flat out amazingly delicious! I try not to get the large becuase its a ton of food…then… get the large every time lol Now…on to the hand cut fries that are made when you order them… YUMMY! Unless you plan on only eating fries i cant phatom ordering a large order of fries. Combined w a sandwich a small is generally more than enough for me! Its going to run you around $15-$18 per person for sub, fries, large drink and it is totally work it. I just wish they had Coke products! lol Bon Appétit!

I enjoy coming here for the subs and the fries, last time I came and the nice young cashier told me I could have the fresh lemonade behind the counter as a drink option, last time I was there I paid extra to have it, so things may have changed. But I’m not upset, I like fresh lemonade. I like the selection of subs, they can put more meat and sometimes the subs look smaller then the inches I pay for, other that that the fries are always hot (and they’re freshly made from potatoes you can see) the restaurant is always clean as well. My favorite is the Philly cheesesteak, they make it differently but the combination is good! Yum!

This is what $17 gets you here. What a waste of money. There’s barely any meat on it. My first time here and also my last.

This is the 2nd time visiting this location on CR6 and found it to be dirty with poor hygiene practice. I was here on 10/19 at 12:55 pm. The person taking our order did not wash his hands before preparing our food. The tables were dirty and sticky even though there were only 2 tables with customers. The person taking our payment did not use gloves or wash hands afterwards when she proceeded to fill an online pick up order. Also when taking another customer’s payment, the same employee who took our order after standing around browsing on his cell phone & constantly running his hand through his hair, walked over and filled a french-fry order without washing his hands. Why are employees standing around doing nothing when the dining room is so dirty? The bathroom door is covered in dirty hand prints, drink machine area is dirty, trash cans full, front door glass is smudged and dirty, floor is dirty… I noticed management (woman) in the building-but there is no enforcement of cleanliness or proper food handling practices. There are 5 other sandwich shops in this vicinity that are cleaner.

Had a great experience at this store. I’ve never heard of or had Penn Station so I had to try it. I was greeted immediately upon walking in. There were two young people working up front, holding down the fort when groups of guests came in. The same kind young employee that greeted us at the door with short hair brought us our food. Great food and menu choices and excellent staff.

The subs are too expensive and not very good. They didn’t say anything about cheese being extra until after I paid. The manager was kind of rude. The fries are way too salty. I’ve made better subs at home. Terrible place to spend your money. Would not recommend.
