The owner is such a sweet and polite man. I ordered the lunch special of two slices today, had to wait an additional 5-10 mins on top of the 15 minutes, so they upgraded my two slices to a small pizza! Wow what a nice surprise when I opened the box!

Since taking over for Middletown Pizza, just hasn’t been the same, one of the first delivery orders they forgot items and now they served us a burnt pizza knowing very well when it came out of the oven it was burnt and unservable. Could barely even eat the slice without it falling apart. Last time ordering from them.

Yup, I think this is the last time. I ordered over an hour ago. A Wednesday at 1130am, a medium pizza is not a typically busy time of day. I ordered through the app. It said 50 min. That’s insane but ok. Maybe they have catering or drivers needed. Fine. 1215 rolls around. My husband, who is recovering from spinal surgery, is asking what’s going on. I said idk. He gets a text saying they are on their way. Great. We live less than a mile away they should be there soon. 30 min. Rolls around….now we are at 1245. I call and ask. The lady says yeah she is on her way; that’s what she said 30 min. ago. Apparently, 2 deliveries are happening. Meanwhile, my husband’s pizza is sitting in a car for 30 min. The owner insists it is fine in a warming bag and will stay hot.

DISGUSTING customer service from the manager at the middletown location. Called to complain about our deliver driver that instead of knocking on our door decided to just open it up. Called to speak with the manager who said “I will talk to him” my husband then called and the manager stated “well I don’t believe it happened” my husband even offered to show our security cameras proving he did it and the manager just stated “well he is a good server and we only get positive reviews for him”.

OMG, I’m not even sure I would call it pizza. Tombstone is better…. I do t think the even use dough. Looked like boboli breadshell. I couldnt eat it and threw it out. I miss Middletown Pizza. I rarely blast a place, but this was gross.
