First time here. Server was very informative and made several recommendations. The food was brought out quickly and appeared to be authentic cuisine. Tried curry for the first time and it was delicious. They brew their own tea which tasted richer than other restaurant tea. Everything we tried was good, and will definitely come back to try more

This place was a surprise. We picked it at random and it turned out to be delicious. The Sizzling Momo was so good. We tried the Chicken Samosa, Vindaloo, Tikka masala, Mango chicken, and garlic naan. They were all really good. We got a treat at the end with Turmeric ice cream.

4.5 stars First, the restaurant is located in a strip center and two doors down from Cinnaholic. Perfect if you want dinner and dessert. The space is comfortable and welcoming. The staff greets you at the door and makes you feel at home right away. We arrived for a bigger group event, and they were ready to accommodate us. The menu has a vast array of things to try, and it can be a bit overwhelming. However, the staff takes the time to explain and answer all of your questions. Our host Tripti was the best! Now the food. We all tried different dishes so that we could experience more, and it paid off. I can not recall the names of every dish, but please see the attached pictures. We really enjoyed the Lamb briyanni, nann (they have different choices, and all of them were yummy), goat curry, and many others. The only thing is some of the food was not as spiced as I expected, so we asked Tripti about it. It is an unfortunate dilemma because San Antonio is so fickle about international foods sometimes. If they were to spice it like it is supposed to be a lot of customers would not be able to handle it because they are so used to American heat or seasoning. Being introduced to Nepalese cuisine may take some time for them to appreciate. This is part of the reason it is so hard to find good Chinese food in SA. Everyone is used to Panda Express and not the real thing. Anyway, we definitely enjoyed the experience and thank Tripti and the staff for welcoming us.

Was hungry as a hog and found this Indian/Nepalese restaurant on the far west side of San Antonio! Walked in and was greeted by Tripti. Made me feel welcome and took my order right away. They get a 10/10 for customer service and ambiance! Food was delicious and just what I was craving for at the moment. Found out they are a family based business and it shows that they care about their patrons! If you are in the area for Indian or Nepalese food — must dine here!

I ordered the drunken noodles and pad Thai which both contained chicken. It had a little flavor, but the chicken was either overdone or leftover from a previous day. They have very hefty portions of food, but it needed seasoning. I removed all of my chicken because it wasn’t edible. Very nice greeter tho.

My husband and I dined in this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. On the menu they offered a wide variety of appetizers and we started off with their tasty chicken samosa. My husband ordered their chicken tikka masala medium hot with butter/garlic naan. I devoured their mouth watering pork Nepalese momo dumpling dish. We also ordered a mango and sweet lassi yogurt drink. This will be our new favorite spot to eat and we can’t wait to come back! Staff was friendly and the food service was fast, fresh and made with lots of love.

What a wonderful experience and the fresh food to match! World class customer service from everyone just added to the amazing meal. Tripti, (1 of the owners) was very helpful with the menu and had excellent suggestions. I live by IKEA and can certainly say it was both worth the drive AND I will be back very soon!!!

We came from out of town looking for good Indian food and found this hidden gem amongst all in San Antonio. Great atmosphere, service, friendly, expediency, and accommodating spicy levels too… The vegetarian Momos are a delicious delicacy of flavors and wonderful textures. We would have gone back-to-back 2nd time for dinner but they were closed Tuesday.
