I have already tried the new taco place in town a few times. There is no doubt there tacos are delicious. I’ve tried carnitas, adobada, pollo asada, birria and they were all tasty and flavorfull. My only complaint is the tacos are pretty small but if you go on Tuesdays and Fridays tacos are only $1.50. Definitely worth it. If you go on a normal day the tacos are almost $4 each.

New management and the food is way better than the previous management after El Cilantro. Got fish tacos and pork tacos. They were yummy. Tacos are small though.

This used to be the Ruribertos, now it got swallowed. Food is pretty good, nothing really new here. Sadly, 2 things have changed: You no longer get complimentary chips and salsa when you order, and the waitress does not bring your food anymore, you have to get it like youre in a filthy fast food joint.

Ordered carnitas plate, food was good , thos spot has gone thru several owners , the atmosphere it way better now, only issue was food took a little longer than expected to come out. But the place is bright and clean with a good menu pus they have hot dogs gonna try that next

Finally a tacos el Trompo in imperial Beach, always go to the one in Barrio Logan or highland, they also have another location in Chula Vista, they have the best taco Tuesday for only a $1.50 all their tacos on that day ..love their tacos and mulitas , they also have vampiros and tortas , breakfast all day, the best surf n turf fries and awesome burritos love their aguas frescas made from scratch, delicious totally recommend, did I mention they have daily promotion and military discount, they have a $10 Cali burrito just for the military everyday , 5 ⭐️ is not enough, delicious, affordable and fresh , stop by at the new tacos el Trompo in imperial Beach
