El Paraiso Mexican Grill is the place to go if you are visiting Monroe, WA. located on the water, you can sit in the deck get a fantastic view of the sunset. When you first walk in you are greeted with a hand made tortilla that warms your soul. Our service was top notch, my mojito was strong and delicious, and the food was DELICIOUS. I highly recommend the chicken taquitos. These staff provided the best food, service, and atmosphere of anywhere else in Monroe. Give them a try!

Very wonderful place to eat. I had the seafood Chimichanga and it was great. Restaurant business is a very competitive world and if food wows me and if I just absolutely feel there’s something special to it then I consider 5 stars. I will give this restaurant their ability to give the Seafood Chimichanga a slight unique taste but I do not see this restaurant as a 5 star experience. 4 star review and I will highly consider coming back.

Decent spot for Mexican food, great atmosphere and location, the food is good not great, very little flavor in the chicken, chorizo was the best of the protein options. Now the salsa is on point with hot chips. In regards to service, that can be hit or miss. Usually it’s good, but during my last visit I got seated in the back room and seemingly forgotten about. The people seated across from us didn’t even receive water right away and had to ask. We were never checked in on after our food arrived, bummer as the salsa was so good. I’m surprised they don’t have a bottle of tapatio on each table, that’s what I see at most Mexican restaurants. Again, a decent spot…

My first time eating Mexican food was great! I had the seafood burrito and couldn’t believe how fresh the salad was that came with it! I’m a meat eater but thoroughly enjoyed the dish. The veggies, refried beans, and rice were delicious! The burrito was good, although I wish it had more seafood in it. The appetizers they brought were good too! Overall I’d highly recommend El Paraiso restaurant because I’d definitely go there again.

The service was out of this world 🙂 they where right on top of things but not annoying. The food was presented well and tasted great. I was a little caught off guard by the red sauce tasting more like spaghetti marinara but it was great food and drinks non the less

This was such an amazing experience! The restaurant does not call the attention from outside because it is inside a building, but as soon as we walked in and I smelled the fresh cooked food, I was thrilled to eat there. They gave us chips, salsa, and beans as an appetizer, and it was so delicious. The beans were definitely home cooked, and the salsa definitely tasted fresh made. The waiter was super attentive and made sure to replenish the water and the chips during the entire time we were there. Their menu is pretty extensive, and it had a little bit of everything. My boyfriend got the 2 enchiladas, and I got the cocktail de Camaron. The plates were pretty big with more than enough food for one person. The two enchiladas came with rice and beans, and the meat inside was very tender and tasty. The rice and beans were delicious, perfectly cooked. The cocktail de Camaron tasted super fresh, and the shrimp was perfectly cooked. The cocktail itself tasted amazing with the vegetables on point and the broth full of flavor. The margaritas are amazing too, we got the strawberry one and it was delicious. The best part of the meal was the price! Honestly, you can not beat their prices for the quality food that you get there. It’s the best Mexican restaurant I’ve tried in a long time, and I am for sure coming back. Perfect place to go have lunch! Good work!

Great people and great Mexican food. Never had something bad here and I like eating at their bar and catching a game. Right on Lake Tye so atmosphere is top notch. Especially eating on their outdoor patio overlooking the lake.

Pretty chill place on a small pond in west Monroe. Atmosphere is chill, service is friendly, owner rocks. The meat used in their dishes is really tender. Lots of opportunities at the bar for fantastic whiskeys and tequilas. Outdoor seating is available, indoors gets you plenty of live soccer. Prices are reasonable, but not necessarily cheap. I’d recommend giving it a try and then make your determination on value.
