Best kept secret, and I’m going to spill it here. “Mystery bag!” Any errors that or treats that are made during training (which aren’t eaten by the staff) get put into the freezer and sold as mystery bags, where for $6 you get 3-4 random items. It’s a cheap and fun way to try new things on the menu, and you never know what you’ll get. Probably not recommended if you have any kind of food allergies though. As for the Dairy Queen as a whole, the staff is always very friendly and they genuinely look like they’re having fun at work. The place is clean, plenty of parking, and easy to find.

The worst daily queen in the United States. There open only 7 months a year if that. The longest hours they’ve been open has been 4pm – 10pm. Now the hours change daily. The dairy queen in North Ridgville is open all year, every day and the hours are 11am – 10pm. I hope corporate Dairy Queen can see this review and makes the owner sell this franchise immediately. The people of Eaton Township, Ohio deserve better than this.

I see alot of negative reviews about the staff. Everyone knows that now a days you cant get staff to show up. If those that think they can please try. You get the staff trained if they show up oh nevermind you have no patience. Great place to get ice cream with the kids. And relax

I absolutely love this place because it’s close to home. I just don’t understand a few things. This is a Grill and Chill… but it is closed for the winter? Why? This place is so busy it would make a killing in the winter too. They usually on average had 5 to 6 employees! Which is great, but why is the dining room closed? Other than that. This place is amazing and a good too for us!

Started with having to repair the table so I could sit and eat. Then clean the table…the food was ok.. had to return to get the queso for pretzels… Had to ask where the cheese on my chili dog was… Advertise pretzels WITH queso advertise chili cheese dog WITH the cheese on top…as I leave I see I payed for 4 drinks instead of the 2 I ordered. What is wrong with this establishment

Never know when this place is going to be open. Waited till 11:45 AM yesterday and the drive-thru was still closed. I have a limited lunch hour and can’t wait around for it to open. Food is great if you can get it.
