Ordered delivery vis DoorDash from the Riverview location (couldn’t find that specific location on google). Paid $25 (minus tip) for my order of a cheesesteak and some loaded fries, and I know that the prices are increased because of it being delivery and what not, but you would expect, for the price, that the portions would be much larger, and for the food to be of higher quality. The beef on the Loaded Cheesesteak Fries was overcooked to near-dessication, yet there was still a deep pool of grease under them. And the Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak (whilst being very small for $10+ sub) was 55% bread, 35% chicken and onions, and maybe 10% buffalo sauce. Also, the cheese on both items looked and tasted like craft singles. Definitely not worth the price at what I paid, but probably wouldn’t be worth a cheaper price either. Don’t make the same mistake I did, DO NOT order from here.

I cannot find the page for the Gulfport location but this is absolutely the worst cheesecake I’ve ever had. It was delivered but it was a short delivery and shouldn’t have effected the food quality. First things first the prices are insane, even with current inflation. So imagine my surprise when, after adding 7 dollars to an already 10 dollars sandwich to make it a 12″, it was only 10 inches. Well size isn’t everything right? Well I wish that was the case. The bread looks like the bread from frozen white castle sliders but is actually worse. Both the bread and meat were hard, chewy, flavorless and dry. There is almost no cheese present, even though it is advertised as having provolone and cheese wiz. I honestly can’t believe I don’t have something bad to say about the onions. I honestly can’t believe this is a chain. With the word cheese steak in it’s name. I hope this is a one off, a fluke, but if it’s not I really hope this company reconsiders is name and main item. If you want to change my mind I’d be open to it.

Got my order completely wrong and since it was delivered I can’t do much about besides hope I get a refund. Shame too the first sandwich I got was good… but this was 6inch instead of a 12. Wrong cheese and wrong toppings. I ordered it how it supposed to come… the only thing I added was to be a large. How do you put a 6inch in a bag for a 12 inch and think you got it right?

For $20 a piece they should have gotten our order right, filled the bread, and not burned my meat. I wish I could upload pics to show you. Absolutely some of the worst cheesesteaks we’ve ever gotten from anywhere. Tough over cooked meat. Barely any cheese whiz, and my husbands was missing half the meat and half the sandwich. Can’t say enough awful about this meal. Well spent $45
