The sushi here is probably decent if you haven’t been to better spots. The price is simply too high for the quality and the flavor just isn’t there. Neither of the roles I tried came out tasting fresh, though I could see them make and bring them out, which makes me doubt the ingredients.

Great atmosphere and fantastic food. Definitely the best sushi and poke bowl I have eaten. I really appreciate how they label their gluten free offerings so clearly. I have celiac and had absolutely no problems! I will definitely visit again when I am in Madison.

Nice typical hip/trendy interior design. Cliche little phrases around about the “antisocial order kiosk” is a little twee though. Food seemed fine, if a bit pricey for what you get. We liked the poke well enough, although I guess I prefer it pre-mixed so all the flavors jibe, not separated like they severed it.

Not enough superlatives to describe this neighborhood addition. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and the food is wonderful. We enjoyed a meal while sitting on the outside terrace where the noise from the street was buffered by the landscaping so that we hardly noticed the East Washington was right there.

Fresh and delicious! A couple of items can seem a little pricey, as they use fresh quality ingredients, so if you’re unsure, take advantage of their lunch combos for $16 (pictured: roll and bowl combo). Also, I highly recommend the cold sesame noodles (edge of picture). Overall, plenty of options- you will not be disappointed!

Feeling underwhelmed, but I like the idea of an up scale fast-food spot serving sushi and sashimi. I saw this was “brought to you by RED” so I think I was expecting a lot. It was good, don’t get me wrong, but I was hoping for more flavor out of the food I got. The pear pressure roll could have been elevated a touch with a slice of jalapeño, but maybe that makes it less accessible for the short and fine-tuned menu. There are options here for your vegan and gluten friendly folks. Vibe is hip, service was FAST, price was a touch high; I’ll be back to try more!
