Terrible customer service especially from the manager Ruben. After waiting an hr and half I called to get status and Ruben literally started yelling at me saying the driver came back because I didn’t answer my phone. First off,don’t yell at me, where’s your customer service skills and secondly no one called me! I was on the phone for the last 30 min trying to figure out where my order was!I was so upset I ended up emailing corporate which I usually don’t do. I requested to cancel the order and email me a copy of the refund, I still have yet to receive a copy of the refund. Unacceptable

The pizza is comparable to any fast food pizza. It’s good, just not great. The customer service is greatly lacking. I picked up my food and the cashier automatically started speaking Spanish to me. Why?! I phoned in the order. The cashier said 20 minutes. I tried to pick it up after 20 minute and ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes. Honestly, it’s one of the better fast food pizza places in the area but- you will get what you pay for: mediocre food and service.

DON’T DO IT!!! I ordered a pizza last week and it was HORRIBLE. $27 + tip for 1 pizza that was DRY and tasteless. I normally order from pizza hut at least 3 times a month but decided to try Papa Johns NY style pizza. It was cold, the cheese was dry and stiff, you could barely taste the sauce, the crust was dry and bland. Even my husband and son commented on how bad it was! This was MY 1st and MY LAST time EVER ordering Papa Johns. This was a horrible dinner for my family. A total waste of money!!!!!!

Pizza is very worth the price! Keep your eye out the deals via online and just order away. If anything, you can call as well to put in your order as you use online info as a reference. I had a doubt of a couple items that I had ordered via online. I called right away and the order was clarified on both ends. The staff member was very patient and understanding and suggested calling in again in the future whenever there is a question or doubt. Upon pick-up he made sure order was as requested. Very friendly service.

This is the best Papa John’s around. The staff are friendly, and they always put a good amount of toppings like they should! They are happy to give you napkins, parmesean, peppers, etc, without trying to nickel and dime you like other nearby locations. I drive extra to make this my spot!

Alright, this was my 1st time eating at Papa John’s. See, I got really spoiled from pizza a very long time ago. The culprit, Monrovia Pizza Company! But, I was in a jam the other nite. Nothing was open and I was darn hungry. So, the lady at the front desk told me there was a pizza place right down the street. So I swung by. There it was Papa John’s. So I thought what-the-heck Papa John’s it is. I got some cheese bread and a Hawaiian Pizza. Got back to my room, turned on Yellowstone. And ate me some over the top pizza. Most excellent pizza! It shall be my pizza place from this point on. Great service, great food. And the guys there went out of their way to get me the best available deal. Thanks boys

If you can avoid it, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! If they don’t have your drink in stock they will bring you the completely wrong one. They won’t call and ask what you would like instead. Plus they’ll bring you the completely wrong size. I ordered a 2 liter with my pizza and they brought a 20oz
