The Blue Lacy was a nice little place to dine for lunch on a busy afternoon up in Mueller. I got their sliders of the day and I was actually surprised how good they were. They used buffalo and blue cheese and it was a perfect pairing. The Blue Lacy also had a satisfactory beer list and I found a perfect beer very quickly. It wasn’t very crowded but the atmosphere was nice and the servers were attentive. If you find yourself up in the Mueller neighborhood, give them a try. It’s pretty darn good.

First time at Blue Lacy (son recommended), good experience. My wife tried the CFS which was very good and I had the Meatloaf Patty Melt which was outstanding, will have this one again, but next time will opt for the kettle chips, not a fan of the fries (soft). Son had the French dip. Wanted to try the chocolate sheet cake for dessert but grandson wanted ice cream at Lick (across the walkway).

I went here for breakfast and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was pretty good nothing to write home about. However, the serving sizes were generous and the food was pretty good- nothing to write home about. The real surprise was how cheap it was. For two of us breakfast cost $20 out the door and I was surprised by this.

I went here for a later lunch with a group of friends on Saturday afternoon. It was SO cutely decorated & we were seated right away. The service was quick, friendly, & efficient. I got avocado toast with tomatoes and we shared the chicken and waffle kebabs. Everything was absolutely delicious! We loved it & I’ll happily go back anytime & would love to explore more of their menu! 5/5 stars!

Really great brunch and dinner spot in Mueller area. We went on a Saturday during brunch and it was pretty dead so that’s great for us. Good was delicious, mimosas were good, and service was great. Kid friendly, large storage inside and out.

This restaurant is associated with the Origin hotel, and connected to it. We went in for breakfast, and the menu is extremely limited. Primarily tacos and traditional eggs and bacon kind of plates. All grill foods, nothing like oatmeal or fruit. While the food was good, and the service was adequate but very slow, the limitations of the menu make it not a very good place to go for breakfast even though it adjoins the hotel.

WOW! This place is so cool and relaxing! The chocolate cake and Prosecco were so tasty and the atmosphere is to die for. I love the decor and all the foliage. They have a killer mural on the back and there is seating for all types. Very family and dog-friendly! They even have treats for the pups. Our hostess, Kathryn, and waitress, Michelle, were AMAZING and so sweet! Definitely check it out. I absolutely recommend this place!

Atmosphere and decor really cute and enjoyable. Visited at brunch around 11:30 on Sunday . Guests at 5 other tables. Ordered classic breakfast. Eggs were fine. Toast was really hard. Had to ask twice for jelly and extra drink. Hash browns were soggy/greasy on inside but crunchy on outside. Sausage was was over cooked.

This place is as beautiful as the service and food are bad. Our waiter was very nice but never checked on us after taking our order. The food took too long to come out and tasted bad. The hashbrowns were so salty they were inedible. They remade them and then there was no salt and were soggy and only tasted like butter. The pancakes were undercooked, which made no sense considering they were thin and almost burnt. The kids’ grilled cheese was almost cold and the kids’ cheeseburgers had almost no cheese on them. The mimosa was delicious. Do not eat here.

Snappy and atmospheric, Blue Lacy is on point for a late morning Saturday brunch (or lunch or dinner, their whole menu is served all day). The huge dog friendly patio is also gorgeous however we ate at the bar. Exceptional service from Josh! Not sure how he made so many complex, unique cocktails while casually chatting with us however his service was on point. It was really cool to see all of the cocktails made too. We tried ‘Easy Like an Austin Morning’ because we literally had too after reading the ingredients. As we were discussing the cocktails’ merits Josh mentioned that he created the recipe which had recently been featured in Forbes (not even on purpose ). Josh was so sweet to grab us a new Blue Lacy branded ice cube for the picture below as we realized too late how adorable it is to brand an Ice Cube. We adore this spot and will definitely be back. This review is already too long however worth a mention, the food is absolutely delicious!!!!!!!!!!
