A beautiful location sitting on a high elevation- the hostess was very friendly-the server friendly and knowledgeable- this was a lunch visit. My cheeseburger a little dry but I let it pass- the plate presentation was very nice. My husband did enjoy his ribs and baked potato- this lactation situated beside a Hampton Inn.I look forward to visiting when in the area!

Everything on the salad bar was fresh and delicious. The fish and chips were ok but could have been fried longer. Service was ok. The waiter never offered to refill my drink. Just seen as ad that fish and chips are only $9.99 on Fridays. They charged me full price of $11,99. Didn’t realize until I was back home. The server never mentioned the special. Just be aware ware that you are being charged correctly.

We’ve been getting takeout from them for awhile now and I started getting their sticky ribs from the app menu as my meal bc they’d be perfectly portioned and meaty. Tonight it almost feels like someone was trying to play a joke on me and sent me a container full of rabbit bones.

Must of went in a bad day for all employees. Waitress just plain rude. I asked for a bottle ketchup. It was empty. So I asked for another. She brought 2bottles and said. They are all empty and walked away. The tea tasted like dirt so I asked for ice water 20 min later I got it. There were only 4 other tables occupied not busy. Just sloppy work

Place is filthy we were seated at a booth which I wouldn’t sit at it was filthy not just the table top but the actual seat and the seats were all torn up! We decided to sit at bar instead walked over found seats and noticed how filthy the bar top was! We walked out I was afraid to eat at this place and the floors were filthy as well!

The waitress, Maria, was great! The food was awful! The burgers were crispy!!! My husband got the chicken and steak fajitas…the chicken was dry but had good flavor, the steak came out after he was done with his food. The peppers were burnt, the tortillas were soaked in old grease. The salad bar was good. It was overall disappointing. Maybe it was just an off night.

I never post reviews but this place was so awful I can’t resist. We waited about 5 min in line at the door with plenty of tables free in plain site while the hostess scribbled on her pad and wandered back and forth to bar. The booth we were put at was the last one in the row so it was cramped and we asked the waitress when she came if we could change to the one right across that was bigger and she rolled her eyes like we had asked her pick us up to move or something. The waitress was unfriendly and couldn’t be bothered to do much. After getting our drinks it was at least 15 min before food arrived. And no surprise she got the order wrong. She also didn’t bring us napkins or silverware, my wife had to go to the bar to get those because the waitress immediately disappeared in to the ether for half an hour. The food was awful. I order chicken tenders with fries. You really can do better at home making your own from frozen in the toaster oven. The fries were some of the worst, obviously frozen and heated up in some flash oven and covered in so much salt I could have filled the salt shaker up with what I scraped off. The tenders were about McDonalds nuggets quality. My wife’s chicken sandwich was pitiful. She picked apart the best of what was there. Eventually the waitress came around and I asked for the bill so we could get out of there. Many other tables were waiting for her to do something, anything. And not surprising the bathrooms were pretty disgusting. This place really takes the prize for the worst dining I’ve had in many years.

Maybe I’m a tough critic, but I think I’m fair and honest. Portion size vs. The price paid doesn’t really compare. Pasta and chicken meal barely any chicken, and for that matter, the pasta was very lean as well. The bowl itself was huge, and the food looked very small inside that huge bowl. Also ordered a double burger with fries. Once again, for the price, the burger was tiny, and the French fries were very limited. I feel like when you spend that kind of money, you should at least be filled up when you’re done eating.

Got coupons in the mail and decided give it a try SOOOO glad we did. We sat at the bar and Donna was our bartender/ server. Excellent service. Margaritas were fantastic as was the food. Ribs were fall off the bone and the burger was perfect. Will definitely be making this Ruby’s a regular stop.

Server and food were very good. Restaurant has been in this area for many years, and, unfortunately needs an interior remodeling. Everything looks more than well-worn, including tables and chairs. Two of our four chair seats were ripped/torn/ or punctured with foam rubber showing fairly deep holes.
