First time visiting, and I will say I loved the food!! Didnt have to wait to be seated which was nice. Great selection of food combos! The flavoring that we picked was Louisiana and mild for spice and it was so good! The only bad thing was we had to ask for anything extra that we needed including utensils. But other then that everything was amazing. Will definitely return!

The only reason I’m writing this is because I saw a review from who I’m guessing was the same lady from yesterday. I don’t like when people lie or don’t say the full story to benefit themselves. I was at this restaurant with my husband and son. We noticed a lady with kids at a nearby table who seemed unhappy with the same server we had. The lady and her kids stared at the server in a mean way while she was getting them drinks. After she left they they were mocking her. She then yelled at the server when she came back, causing a scene. The server looked confused, scared, and about to cry. The lady even yelled at the manager and called him a “B****” among other profanities. Thankfully, the manager and another server stood up to the rude lady and asked her to leave. It was scary because she was cursing in front of her own kids and I thought she was about to hurt somebody by the way she was acting. I don’t know if the workers probably deal with this kind of behavior often but they seemed very calm. I hope they stay safe. So, beware of people like this, if you decide to eat at this place, especially if you have kids with you. Despite this, the service was great. I checked on the server, Ana, and she said she was okay. She did a great job!

This place is really good!!! It’s a clean restaurant. The seafood boil we had was excellentl!! I tried the gumbo it was just ok. It was also freezing cold here it felt like the air conditioner was on. So that made it a little uncomfortable that’s the only reason I gave four stars. But other than that I really enjoyed the seafood and the bag was saucy just how I like it. I will definitely come back here when I want another seafood boil. And the prices are pretty reasonable.

I took my daughter and her friend for my daughters 14th birthday. They loved the food. The service was great as well and I love good customer service. I don’t eat seafood because I’m allergic but I was able to get wings and some really good Cajun fries. I would return!

This was my first experience with Kickin’ Crab. The restaurant was pretty full when I got there so I had to wait for my order to be taken. When my order was ready I checked my bags and they had forgotten my shrimp scampi so it took a few more minutes for that order. After I got home and opened the bag the food was still hot and it was a little spicy but it was so good I couldn’t stop eating it!

The food is good the customer service sucks. My server in Saturday night was personable, did not properly greet us and also never came back to the table once we got our food. I took my family the very next day the dude with the hat to the back greeting everyone was rude as ever. Got the nerve to have a sign up about refusing service to disrespectful customers but are the ones who are disrespectful. Dude walked away from me as I was inquiring about sitting for my family. I don’t play about people taking our money and not respecting us. I don’t live here but I was looking forward to coming to visit this place when I come home but If this is how they treat people I’ll pass regardless of how good the food is. Service means a lot to me and that’s really disappointed.

Hadn’t eaten here in a few years, so figured I’d take my guest from out of town here, but unfortunately we decided to leave shortly after placing our order. I have never placed an order and left before I could even get the food, that’s how bad it was. We came in with a group of 5, plus an 11 month old. For starters, they wanted to tack on an 18% gratuity, which we thought was odd to count an 11 month old as a 6th guest when they won’t even be eating. But ok, we accepted it as we tend to tip pretty well anyway (higher than 18%), but figured they just capped their tip by being ridiculous. The server was very short with us, almost as if he didn’t want to be there. I had to take over and explain the menu and how to order to my guest. When he brought the drinks out, he sat them all down in one spot for us to distribute to the table and said they were out of a couple of the drinks. I was annoyed by then and just figured we’d go down the street to Mad Crab. Much better service from the moment we walked through the door and cleaner as well. It’s also worth noting that the market prices at Mad Crab are about $5 lower. Just save yourself the headache and go to Mad Crab about 5 mins down the road.

I ordered a snow crab boil with extra sides just to get my order to have just 2 clusters of crabs legs and just sausage. I paid extra it was on the receipt but no extra food I paid for . The energy feels like they don’t like their customers. If you do order here check your food before you leave ..
