We had the most fantastic dining experience at La Marimba! The food was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor, from enchiladas to the bowls. And the drinks were just as delicious – the margaritas were the perfect balance of sweet and tart.

I had to try this place since a friend recommended it. Service was friendly and welcoming as well as our waitress. My wife ordered the enchiladas with green sauce. I ordered the huachinango a la veracruzana, but they did not have it. So I ordered the ceviche de camaron. Not much came with it. I had to use the chips that came with the salsa to eat my ceviche. I will have to try them out again at a later date in the future.

Nice ambiance here, could also have a really awesome patio area. I came in and sat at the bar, got excellent service. Ordered a beer and the shrimp ceviche. I must say, the ceviche has a lot of shrimp in it. So pretty decent.

Had dinner here with friends for the first time. Sat on the patio which was enjoyable since it was a beautiful evening. Food was really good. Prefer supporting the local businesses and I’m glad we checked this spot out. Will definitely come again in the future.

The food was delicious except the rice was dry. The enchiladas were delicious as was the Guacamole and warm chips. The frozen drinks were not frozen which was annoying and after 2 margaritas I felt nothing. They were like cool fruit punch drinks. My complaint was the grime build up on the tables. They must use plain water to wipe them dow instead of a grease cutting dish soap. You can scratch the grime of with a fingernail. With a little bit of effort. Drinks, tables, rice. This restaurant would be worth the cost. Frozen drinks in blenders with alcohol would make this place way better.

Love it! The margaritas are amazing-hand muddled, fresh ingredients, lots of choices! The guacamole is fresh and delicious! The staff are always welcoming and helpful. Finally, the outside patio is perfect for family dinner or date night. Highly recommend!!

There was a bug in my water, the ceiling was leaking water which was falling on our table, they had the outside door open so it was very hot inside (there was a heat wave today) and flies all around you and your food. I spent most of my time swatting them away. The sprite was flat and the food literally had no taste, not even the pineapple. This is not Mexican food. Do yourself a favor and go to Taco Madre. Same prices, much better food!

Coming in at 8:15 should not=bad service. There is no discount offered, therefore, service should not be lacking. We waited way too long for water, then we were rushed to order drinks and food. No one stopped by EVER. We had to flag someone down for everything, including a fork. We really love the food and atmosphere, but with prices of eating out being what they are now, service needs improvement.
