Ive heard from other people that this location is terrible but thought I would give it a chance. I walked in to get a simple order of guac and chips and they still managed to ruin my experience . This is a new location so I was expecting it to be a nice experience but in the 15 minutes it took me to get home the guacamole was already black (which is a huge sign it is old). It had no cilantro and no onion in it and looked absolutely disgusting. I also had a really hard time ordering it in the first place; I ordered a large and they gave me a small and I had to wait again for it to be remade and explain to them over and over how I wanted a large and not a small even after they charged me for the large. For this to be a new location they should pay attention to what they are doing. I will never go back to this location after such a terrible experience. I included a photo and as gross as the picture looks it still manages to look somewhat better than what it looked like In person. Don’t waste your time.

Went during lunch with my grandmother. The food was great and very fresh. Mikai helped us and he was so patient and kind with my grandmother. He listened and accommodated her questions even though they seemed to be a bit busy. He offered exemplary service and the rest of the team was just and friendly

Chipotle has AWESOME spicy chicken burritos! You pick your rice, meats, add ons and toppings and you’ve got yourself a giant burrito, enough for lunch for two days! If you like spicy foods, ask for the spicy salsa… It’s got some serious heat!!! ️

Ordered on June 14, 2023. Understand that it was dinner time, but I had to wait very long, despite putting in a web order. Burrito fell apart when I tried to eat it. Also, not great cuts of meat (the little that was in there). I did have a good meal a week ago, so it’s strange

I was impressed with this location, especially since it’s brand new. I loved my burrito. It was really tasty and fresh. I sat on a low stool at a countertop and enjoyed the music that was playing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back! 🙂

8pm Tuesday night, April 18. Sorry, but not a good experience. The rice was crunchy, chicken had cartilage in it, and bit into one chip that was mad lemony and salty. While my uncovered bowl sat a foot away waiting to be rung up, the counter was so dirty I couldn’t put my bag down. I am a Chipotle fan, but NOT this location. Also, parking is very limited which seems to be because they have great difficulty expediting their mobile orders: a guy waiting said he had been there waiting 40 minutes for an order the app had said was ready. Another woman said she was there for 20 minutes waiting. Dirty and poor food quality

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Order ahead, no such thing here. Expect 30-45 minutes to be added to your pickup time. Let’s not forget everyone ignoring you at the “pickup window”. That “doorbell” doesn’t do anything…
