Went here a few minutes ago. Drive-thru. Man at window was unprofessional! He gives me 2 apple pies that said “enjoy by” 8:55pm but it was after 9pm. I asked for fresh ones and he acted like I asked him to perform brain surgery. He takes the pies from me go away return an give me these. As you can see the filling is dried out which means he changed the sticker on outside of box.

For $25 I was able to feed my family. There are lots of deals when you use the mobile app and they are continually rotating. This location had good service and overall its a good location. I personally like this location slightly better than the other one across the street. It is easier to access for sure. This is no fine dining experience but it will feed the family for a reasonable price.

Honestly a -100/10 if I could rate this place and this racist employee for refusing to speak to me in a language I can speak (Spanish) and love speaking . The first window lady (around 9 pm tonight) i heard was speaking Spanish and holding up the line, and distracted. I myself speak Spanish so as I pull ahead to ask in Spanish how much the food and my order for my mom and i costs, I am responded to in English as if because of my lighter skin tone I can’t speak the language which is insanely disrespectful and rude and at that rate just racist . And to top it off we shouldn’t have to wait over 15 minutes for our food. I hope you deal with this racist lady for her lack of judgement . I’ll never take my business here again until your employees can realize people of all walks and shades can speak Spanish and to not hold up the line talking to people when you have cars waiting to pay and receive their food.

They always get my order wrong. I feel like I have to scream while ordering at the drive thru because I’m guessing they can’t hear me. Most of the staff is not pleasant. When I had a problem with a mobile code one time that manager acted like I was bothering her. Only reason why I give it a 2 star and not 1 is because even though my order is wrong most of the time the food is still good.

Since when does mcdonalds not give nuts on sundaes? I wish primary language was English as well so I could speak to workers without explaining multiple times what I asked for . Then the cashier walked away without giving me my sandwich too! This location is ridiculous. Need better help and management!

This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and about 5 years ago they were too lazy to even put salt down so when an iced and snowed outside I slipped and fell and almost broke my hip. They always mess your order up and they’re not very friendly

Hit or miss if you ask for your food done a certain way they might mess it up on purpose I ordered 4 plain burgers and reiterated it several times say just meat and cheese 3 are plain and the last one is covered and I mean absolutely covered in ketchup and mayonnaise(Mayo doesn’t even come on a burger???) it was ALL OVER the wrapper and when I called up they want me to come back to refund my $1.50 burger I just got home and off work the money is beside the point

I have come to this McDonald’s location several times a year for probably the past 10 years or more. This has got to be one of the best locations in the entire company for customer service, speed of service and accuracy of order. When I go to the drive-through the people actually smile and say thank you and asked me how my day is and it’s almost shocking how friendly they are.
