Food quality is good. A couple of innovations at this place. 1) You order food at a kiosk by the front 2) dumplings are served in a plate with draining device. This keep the dumplings nice and firm. We tried about 10 dishes here and all are good. You Kitchen will be our go to casual eats from now.

I sent my husband in to order. He ordered the beef noodle soup. They asked if he wanted it spicy or not spicy and he said not spicy. They literally gave me chicken noodle soup with three pieces of beef. It only has a slightly darker color because I added two packets of hoisin. So irritating.

Their dumplings are very fresh and they definitely make it fresh. I think they are definitely worth the wait. I like how they have those ordering kiosks (one in the front and one in the back). Its very convenient.

You Kitchen is a traditional Chinese eatery with little deviation from the Mandarin restaurant style. The decor is standard and it has a feeling of familiarity since I grew up with this type of restaurant. One of the biggest caveats is that they predominantly speak Mandarin. If you don’t have a basic grasp on Mandarin, it would be difficult to communicate with the workers. As for food, I got a few dishes with some friends: Pork xiao long bao (XLB), Green Onion Pancake, Shrimp and Pork Dumplings, and Pork Moist Fried Dumplings.

Their beef rolls here are quite good. I compared these rolls to the ones next door and I prefer the ones here. Next door I like the Lamb dumplings. For the beef rolls here you need to ask them to put less sauce inside though.
