Oh I soooo wish I still lived near the Butler location. Unfortunately this is the only one that delivers remotely near me. There is always something wrong with my order or it’s just not made well at all. I’ve let it slide But today was a new low. The pizza was so insanely dry AND they forgot the garlic crust, it was just plain crust just like I can buy at any other pizza shop for cheaper. At least I had the cinnamon twists to look forward too, right? WRONG! These were just plain bread twists with a drizzle of cinnamon. See the picture for proof. And worst of it all, I tipped ahead of time 30% just PRAYING they would make it well for me because I’ve had a very long day, and this was the worst I’ve ever received. I definitely learned my final lesson and will definitely be ordering corporate because how is it possible for the manager to continually allow employees to make the food sooooo bad when I can’t imagine how hard it is to just make sure there is a reasonable amount of cinnamon coating on the cinnamon twists. Like giving mediocre pizza is ok, but garlic crust is the staple of dominos and forgetting it is just so weird to me. and I just can’t get over the cinnamon twists.

6/19/23 almost got my front of my car taken off by the delivery driver for this location because he thought illegally passing was ok, spoke to the “manager” who sounded tired and careless. Grey/silver jeep, Not ok absolutely not surprised by this location at all. Do not recommend going here and be careful around the drivers for them!

Received cold mushy wings and overcooked thin pizza that broke apart when lifted from box. Spoke to manager Luiz who was extremely rude. He told me to take pictures of the food. I told him i threw the food out and could not do so. He then said he couldn’t do anything for me. I told him that i would report to corporate, he said go ahead. Unbelievable!

These guys are Great!! Always expedient, great quality food and in the rare event that there’s an issue, they’re always wonderful and very quick about remedying the issue!! I’m normally not a huge fan of this kind of food but because this location is always on point and consistently has great deals and performance, I indulge more often than I would regularly!!
