Had a Birthday party there yesterday and was not as pleased with the overall experience as I’d hoped. Nothing personal, but the girl working our party was not prepared to properly take care of our group and see that we got what our package included. I had to ask for the same items a few times before we actually got what we were paying for. Very unorganized and chaotic! BUT Birthday boy had a blast and that’s what matters. Just think they could make it a better experience for the costs and have more knowledgeable employees.

The manager that was at this location when we visited is probably one of the most hospitable people I’ve ever met. She was so kind and generous to our group. We also found the restaurant clean, the food delicious, and all of the games and features were in good order and super fun. We can’t wait to come back!

We were invited as guests for a birthday party, and had a wonderful time. The games were fun, all of them were working, and the pizza was phenomenal. It was hot, fresh and delicious. It was so good. I kind of wanted to go back and just eat pizza without the kids.

I was pleasantly surprised by the food. Long gone are the cardboard tasting pizzas. The employees were so nice to our birthday boy and his friends. If you haven’t been in a few years like me, bracelets loaded with time have replaced tokens for games. There are games for all ages including my favorite sport games.

Karina was really sweet when we entered. She was eager to help us and very helpful explaining how things worked. There were plenty of games for all of the kids. I have a 2, 4 and 9 year old. They were all able to play and have fun. The pizza and bread sticks were hot and delicious! I’m glad the pizza wasn’t super greasy like some places are. Fun for the whole family!!
