Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. Food was good, as expected from Whataburger. Service was solid, although a little slow. Gets marked down a star because the atmosphere is a little odd. It’s a gas station Whataburger, which is fine. But it was kinda weirdly quiet and a little dirty here and there. Overall, would certainly eat here again. But some room for improvement.

I’m here traveling with my family and we wanted to try whatabugers here in chandler Texas. I walked in, the service was terrible. I was standing there and this lady behind the counter unboxing stuff in front of me not saying a word to me. Didn’t say “Hello ma’am, are you ready to order” or nothing. So I’m already getting upset because of the horrible customer service…. I will go to another location where they have great customer service. I don’t recommend coming here no more.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE HERE. Service incredibly bad. Staff did not know where the pickup for online was. Manager said online order was “not received “ even though I showed her my email confirmation. RUDE AND NO APOLOGY! Just said the company system was bad. No refund!
