Cute little old fashion restaurant. The Cod dinner was fabulous! My friends had the pizza and said it was really good as well. The restaurant itself could use some sprucing up but the food was great and the server was so friendly. She definitely went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We have had the pleasure of dining at numerous Italian restaurants worldwide, including locations in Italy, Mexico, Ukraine, NYC, Chicago, LA, and beyond. However, the one we discovered in the charming small town of Oregon, IL has quickly risen to the top of our favorite list! The food here is exceptionally delicious, and the service is truly world-class. We would like to extend a special thank you to our server Sally, who went above and beyond to make us feel valued and ensured we had a delightful meal for the following day as well. This restaurant is so remarkable that it’s worth the two-hour drive from Chicago just to savor a superb dinner! Without a doubt, it deserves a stellar rating of 5+ stars!

Alfanos is a great Italian restaurant in Oregon. The bread and the appetizers are great. The pasta portions are huge and the pizza is a thin crisp crust. Whenever we are in town we usually stop at Alfanos for something to eat.

Alfano’s, a wonderful family owned restaurant and a staple to the Oregon community. The staff is always super friendly and the pizza is fantastic. The only real issue that I have, would be the wings.. Start serving those Father & Son type wings and boom, 5 stars for sure!

Booked back room for an extra 100. Then they called 2 days before party and out of state guests come to say they double booked. But…you can pay $200 and have the room by yourself. My nephew complained of course so they gave him it for$175. What? And that doesn’t go towards the bill. Never again! Food ok nothing to brag about. Server Suzy was great!

The Susie’s Special Pasta Dish with grilled chicken is the best pasta dish I’ve ever eaten, from any restaurant. Brilliant in its simplicity. The combination of tomatoes, garlic, and Italian seasoning in olive oil on a generous portion of linguine just plain knocks it out of the park. I know the pizza gets a lot of the (deserved) praise at Alfano’s but if you’re a pasta fan, you will not be sorry if you order this dish!
