Good price , amazing customer service, and made fairly quick. 5 star taste 5 star portions you can feed two adults and a small child with one plate. Must try in the Kingsport tri city area. Only con is no booze but there’s a liquor store about 35 steps from the establishment so you can indulge like I did. order 4 of everything and have yourself a good time and iodine poisoning. Understated from outside, this place is really awesome inside! It’s neat and clean…even the menus look brand new. The staff were super friendly (Kim was our server and she was excellent). And the food is really excellent! Fresh and crispy. Great portion sizes. My son got a slcheesburger that was immense. I highly recommend this place!

Very clean. Server was very informative and pleasant. Service was fast. Food was good tho the oysters were a little small. The only “complaint” was that the cocktail sauce abd tartar sauce were bland. But overall, the experience was good. I would recommend and would come back.

Great place for sharing a meal with a large group. There are lots of options for seafood combos. You can mix and match fried and broiled preps. Nice variety of side dishes. Non seafood options include chicken and burgers. Portions are generous, and I usually take home enough for a second meal later. Servers are friendly and capable of handling large groups even at peak hours on Sunday afternoon with a full house.

I will never eat here again. Nothing but excuses on why things are not available. Arrived at around 4 pm and there was a note on the door saying they were closing at 5pm due to “cooling issues”. Sat down and the waitress said nothing on the menu that was fried, broiled, or grilled was available. I figured that the back did not want to clean the grill because they were leaving at 5PM, so no fried food even a hamburger. Only thing available was deep fried. Even no salads. I over heard the waitress saying something about the guy in the back was leaving at 5 to go to the hospital because he had lung tumors or something but told another table that the whole back crew was in the hospital. People were still coming in at 440 PM. This place cannot get it’s story together. The food took a very long time to actually show up. I would advise to stay away from this place

It was very crowded with quite a line. Our church gets out at 11:30, so I was able to get there early enough to get a table to wait on my later arriving party. Very enjoyable. My 1st time & it was Father’s Day. Service a little slow but they were hopping so understandable. We just visited a little.

Food here is excellent, service is outstanding. Prices here are so reasonable my wife and I can once again enjoy really good seafood lunch or dinner. We’ve been here a few times now; this will be a regular place for us.

Low quality food. Ordered 2 meals. Fries were very brown but still froze inside dish not done in the middle. When I called the girl who answer said just bring it back and we will fix it. She said that’s all she can offer I said no I’m not making another trip up she replied very hateful that’s all I’ll do. I said I just won’t come back. She said well I’ll my manager. The female manager came on the phone. I told her the problem she said well food is cooked to order. I told her someone was going to get sick because they served food not cooked properlyI told her I pains 30$ for 2 meals and wasn’t able to eat it( I made us sandwiches at home). She was very rude and said she couldn’t do anything about it. I will not return to this restaurant and recommend you avoid it also. Look at the photo you can tell it’s not done
