I forgot to take pics of the butter lettuce salad and the French onion soup, but both were AMAZING. The ambience was great. Wine was awesome and we lucked out with a Sunday deal of half price a bottle. Go there!

A delightful surprise in the desert- a good French restaurant. Ambiance and service were top rate. The Lyonnaise salad was the hit for us. Mussels and frites were good, as expected. The wine menu wasn’t marked up outrageously. Will go again!

Very nice restaurant and very busy on a Sunday. Half price wine night and we ate in the bar for all night HH. We had the steak/frites and butternut squash ravioli and a wedge salad. Everything was delicious and well prepared. We had the profiteroles for dessert.

Probably one of the best restaurants of the desert. Consistent, deliciously, classic inspired French cuisine. The menu doesn’t change much but they have everything you will want.

WOW This place in world class. I ate here last night and was totally blown away by everything I had – the octopus starter, the muscles, and the affogato style dessert. Even the espresso was great, but the octopus was hands down the best I’ve ever had anywhere in the world!

A great bistro and bar in La Quinta. Excellent service. Beautiful dining room. Great inside or out. Great French wine list. But best of all, great food. My friends and I started out with the Deviled Eggs, topped with Caviar and Bacon Wrapped Dates. Phenomenal. One friend and I had the French Onion Soup and a Chopped Salad. Excellent and, surprisingly, very filling. My other friend had the French Onion Soup and the Happy Hour Mussels. Excellent also. The French Onion Soup was heaven. Absolutely one of the best ones I’ve ever had.

Absolutely as amazing as we remember. We had a gift certificate and were able to make happy hour. We both had been craving the pear martini since we were there last almost 2 years ago. My wife had a glass of wine that was really good. Cant remember the name though. We started with the mushroom and toasted goat cheese salad and the daily soup which was chestnut. I didn’t even know that was a thing! It was close to a butternut squash soup but you could definitely taste the chestnut. Next we shared the main entree size steal and fries, steak cooked medium followed by the pear tart for dessert. Everything from the vibe and ambiance, to the food was amazing. Server could have been a little more attentive, but I’m honestly splitting hairs at this point. She was great, she just got swamped at happy hour. This was a 10/10.

it’s better than the other French places in the valley, but it’s definitely aimed at those who haven’t spent any time in France. We ordered steak tartare and had to send it back to make sure all the right ingredients were included.
