This is the best pizza chain in town and very friendly employees at this location! Even after forgetting and asking for the cheese bottle when they brought my pizza I was met with of course and enjoy my food with such a kind attitude instead of what I have received at other me n eds. They also have claw machines, arcade games and air hockey in the back. They also honor the online specials which not all me n eds do! This is a really nice me n eds 5 stars!

This last time I went they asked me to inspect the pizza to see if I was satisfied. Took me by surprise when they told me, but I was more than satisfied! The pizza was delicious! They were very helpful and polite and I really felt like they wanted the very best for me and my family. The only reason that it doesn’t get the fifth star for me: the wings were lackluster at best. They looked like they were the last ones in the bag. But overall great experience and definitely going to be ordering again in the near future.

I haven’t been here in awhile due to being charged 50 bucks for a combo, a large pep, and 3 ranch and 3 jal, but today was ridiculous. The whole entire inside of the restaurant was filthy. If you look at any lamp in the arcade area, you could see 10 pounds of dust and even see the dust float around. The lamps bulbs were so covered in dust that even on and you couldn’t tell they were on. Then the fun started. I understand that they were busy, but they had kids doing everything in their power to destroy the arcade machines and be rude S they could. And I repeat, I understand they were busy, with a 1 hour wait time after our 25 min wait time. But they could have had an employee tell the mom something. This place seriously went downhill since the beginning of the pandemic, but this was ridiculous. I won’t be the only one ever going back or even dinning inside because this was a failure. Also there were a lot of problems with the employees from not knowing what to do exactly or from people just not doing certain tasks. The pizza was the same as always, but you guys seriously need to work on a lot.

So my boyfriend has bragged about this place to me since a year ago when we met. I’m from San Diego so I’ve never been, he finally takes me n some of the staff acted like we were bothering them. I asked a man, who gave me a head gesture like what’s up,so I asked may I please have 3 more cups because mine had fallen on the floor under my booth, n he nudged the guy standing next to him n so he walks over to me n says what did u need n I repeated my question n he gave me a look like he was dumbfounded as to why I needed new cups or like if I was inconveniencing him cuz he paused after I asked him before he even moved to grab the cups. Then my daughter asked if the air hockey table worked n the female staff member said idk with all those arcade games u play at your own risk, my daughter asked me what’d she mean by that I told her basically that if the machines eat ur quarters they’re not replacing them for u. Also we had to ask for plates to b able to eat. I was a manager for papa John’s in San Diego n I loved my job n we held our customer service to a very high standard. The employees didn’t look happy to b working so it made the environment uncomfortable. The staff could’ve made all the difference in the atmosphere of the place had their attitudes n energy been more positive n upbeat or has they at least smiled….. ♀️

2nd time received old items from this particular location. Placed order early afternoon assuming pizza/calzone would be freshly baked..Wrong! Cut into calzone took a sauce covered bite, ok maybe the sauce was spoiled.. Nope! Opened up calzone and was hit with a strong spoiled, sour, and rancid odor. It’s as if that’s where the leftover toppings went to die..stuffed in that dough lol

Not a great experience here. Our pizza was sloppy and was cut a bunch of different angles. One of our sodas was taken from our table when we were 10 ft. Away playing arcade games. The only reason why they didn’t get one star is because of the lady who helped us, she was polite and friendly.
