A regular here at this store and I have noticed over the past couple of weeks the service has gone down hill. Today has made me leave a review and too bad I cannot find anywhere to post a picture with my review. I had to pull up to wait for my coffee (totally fine with that) and when they finally brought it out to me it was covered in coffee. I should of said something but I didn’t and by the time I got to where I was going and took a sip it was gross. How in the world did they think this was ok to serve is beyond me!

I never complain online but the 2 chocolate iced and raspberry filled I just got at 4:40 pm today were stale! Just because I come through drive thru is no reason to serve me stale doughnuts. My splurge was very disappointing.

I have stopped here several times at various times of the day. They NEVER have my favorite donut. The case is always filled with stuff nobody wants. If something is a best seller perhaps you should make more. It seems common sense to make more of the product that sells. Unfortunately that must not be store policy. Guess I need to find a recipe and do it myself. No reason to come back here.

My drinks tasted off here. Not even bad, just… wrong. Tastes like the coffee is really old and thick syrup in there. And sugar is at the bottom of the cup. Last 2 times I’ve been I didn’t even drink after tasting. I really wish it was made better.
