We went for dinner here after a lunchtime fiasco at another restaurant. I ordered ribeye and my friend ordered prime rib and we split both. The first round was overcooked, and we raised it to the waitress. After the horror at lunch elsewhere we were bracing for the same. Nope. Our waitress took the food back, then the manager brought us the new meals and asked us to check. They were perfect, but when our bill came she had comped our appetizer anyway as an apology. For a quick meal I strongly recommend this place. It doesn’t have the ambiance of our lunch location but more than made up for it with good food and awesome service. Pay attention Rania’s, THIS is how you handle issues. Pacific Bay does it right.

It’s 3.5 stars but there is no half button. Service was great, staff was very attentive and pleasant. Busy Friday night but was seated quickly and food was fast. Most everything on menu is fried or you can pay extra to broil. Had like a captains sampler that had a bit of everything with hush puppies and a side. Meal was okay. Very large portions so we all had a take home box.

Food was ok, could have been better. Mac n cheese was not great mashed potatoes were lacking flavor. All the good stuff was empty and didn’t get refilled before we left. Lunch buffet pricing was good and we did find enough to get full off of. Our waitress was super nice and kept our drinks refilled.

Excellent experience. Fast friendly service. I had Sirloin Tips. The onions and peppers were done, but not mushy. The broccoli I had was very well cooked also. They hit all the marks that make a difference to me.

I had the fried combination with oysters, popcorn shrimp, and deviled crab. The oysters and shrimp were awesome. The deviled crab was not very good. I could honestly not taste any crab at all. Luckily the oysters and shrimp made up for it. The hushpuppies are really great too. I would recommend everything but the deviled crab.
