I ordered dinner, pizza, garlic knots, chicken wings. It took about 45 min to arrive. Delivery person just brought garlic knots and chicken. I asked about the pizza, he said there was no pizza to my order. I had to call them back. She said I didn’t order a pizza. I told her it was the first thing I asked for. She probably didn’t hear because the pizza makers are so loud you can’t hear yourself think. Anyway, I had to order the pizza again and no courtesy price break or anything for the trouble. I’m diabetic and got so sick waiting, wail never order for take out again.

I really don’t care for their pizza sauce the crust is good but the sauce just isn’t for me and the cheese steak was ok the steak was good but they used slices of yellow American as the cheese and it was like having a piece of melted plastic on the bottom of my Italian bread with some meat thrown on top

the food is ok but unfortunately they use an old system of credit card processing and they charge an extra 4% if you don’t pay with cash, this is unacceptable, these days and age we have much better credit card processing option for micro transactions, like Square or others that charge half of that in service fees and they should not pass the processing fee on the customer, they should update their system instead. I probably will not go there again if I don’t have cash on me and I pretty much never do, so they lost my business… Square charges 2.6% + 10¢ Per tap, dip, or swipe.

My son placed a order here and the lady took down the wrong order, when I called the lady said she took the the order for gluten free pizza one medium one plain, we have never order this before this restaurant it has always been one medium pepperoni and one medium plain, then the women lied and said she wrote the wrote the correct address down when it was incorrect on the receipt and the driver had to call us to find the correct house. When asking for a supervisor she responded she has no supervisor and then when asked what’s her name because I know a man runs this place she hangs up on me. This is not the first time the messed up in my order, the first time they sold me two medium pizzas when we ordered one large pepperoni and one medium plain and they both were the same size of medium pizza. When I first saw this place and ate here I loved it now I’m very disappointed. My family and I will never order from here again Bruno”s here we come hopefully we have better luck of service and problem solvers over there .

The pizza is great, but the service has sometimes been lacking. On three separate visits I’ve waited 30+ minutes for food, only to find out that the staff (mostly younger girls) have forgotten to even put my order in.

I order alot from here like alot alot tonight I ordered 126 worth of food, first the lil girl who answered was very rude!! Didn’t repeat nothing back, then I had to get a call asking for our address that I had already gave her, then they jipped us 2 pies then when I Call and tell them the woman wa a nice and said she would have it to us but guess what I paid for an extra pie cuz that brat didn’t put down 3 and 1 smh and even tho they messed up not me I still had to pay to Have it. So on top on a 127 $$ bill plus tip. Mess up on that side and still didn’t take accountability.that will be the last time I order from them! They should hire new or retrain the lil high school attitude kid’s they have working there!!
