Ordered a simple bacon and egg croissant NO cheese as I’m lactose intolerant. Shame on me thinking I won’t need to check cause I got to my work only to find it with no bacon and marked EXTRA CHEESE. I was the only one in line and no one inside. #sohungry #sodisapointed.

Ordered a whopper meal and kids meal. Asked for diet (as a diabetic) received regular. I was not handed a receipt, but get all spendatures sent to my phone. Thank God! Once I drove off and began opening the meal there were 3 gray and black hairs in the stale fries. I called to discuss refund of the food I am headed over state line and will not be returning for a while. At first I was told they couldn’t find the order. Then once recognizing I was there due to the drink remake they said they delete order history every couple orders and can’t get it. Then I was told to bring the food back in a few days when I return for a refund. I stated it is a health hazard to keep the gross old food. I was told no on the refund and oh well on the food and hung up on. I called back repeatedly to get the owner information for contact and was repeatedly answered and hung up on. The manager here is unprofessional.

I literally just got my food. The person in the window for the drive through was so rude. They weren’t even busy. I understand if you’re in a time crunch or something, but the drive through window person shoved my food in my face. I wasn’t being rude. I said thank you. But shoving the food in my face and then not saying “have nice day” ( which is the least you could do) over all not impressed. Food was good for Burger King fast food though.

Terrible service, need to train their employees how to use the codes on the app,I try to use my perks points,it just disappeared when the cashier did the transaction and didn’t get anything. What a waste of time explaining that employees don’t know.

My husband stopped to get us breakfast this morning and didn’t get the orange juice he paid for. It shouldn’t be that difficult to make sure the order is correct before handing it over. I know it’s only orange juice, but it’s the principle.

Five cars were in the drive-through line, took 20 minutes to get to the window They told me they were serving breakfast anymore. Had to pull around front. Wait another 10 minutes my wrong order came out if you want to eat breakfast before noon go to McDonald’s and I don’t care for them either.

Almost 30 minutes on a single whopper. Ridiculous. If I hadn’t paid online already I would leave. You should give your customers a heads up and give them a choice to wait longer than in a restaurant. I’ll wait to order when I get there next time.

If it is possible to give zero stars I would. We pulled up expecting to get sandwiches. The lady taking our order spent 5 minutes trying to figure out what we were ordering and we had to repeat ourselves multiple times what we wanted. Her English was not to a point where she should be the one taking orders. She confirmed with us what sandwiches we wanted and our price which was the 2 for 7 combo and told us to pull up. When we got to the window the man giving us our food spoke excellent English, even with his accent he was easier to understand. We were handed our bag and looked and it was 2 sets of chicken fries. We had ordered and paid for 2 chicken sandwiches. We were not given a receipt. I told my husband to turn around and go back through but he decided to take our business elsewhere because he was unsure if the lady taking orders would even understand what we were mad about. Terrible service and the management of this place should make sure that the person taking orders can actually speak the language with fluency. It is not fair to that lady but she should never have been the person taking orders. Do better Burger King.
