Wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely awful customer service asked for extra soy sauce and the lady yelled at me told me there is one in there (there was one packet for a pint of fried rice) I politely asked for a couple more and she threw three soy sauce packets at me across the counter yelling at me next time to pay. I’m shaking she was so awful. Do not patronize people that treat others this way. Absolutely awful can’t believe it

The food is definitely not like it use to be. And the service is horrible my daughter and I went to have lunch recently and the waitress act like she was trying to rush us out of there. When arrived we were the only guest there and then while we were eating our soups a family of 3 came in to dine also. By the time we received our meal 15 mins later the waitress returned with carry out containers and the bill. Then she kept hovering over and around the table I was so irritated and ready to go at this point I really couldn’t enjoy my food. I promise not to go to this restaurant ever again. I don’t believe it’s under the same management. The other people were so pleasant and welcoming. What a shame.

Wish I didn’t have to give any stars! My mother and I went there for lunch, sat down and was approached by a VERY RUDE waitress! She acted like we were a nuisance for coming in to dine. No smile, just pushing us to order right after she threw the menus on the table, not even giving us a chance to respond. We said just give us a minute please and she stormed off mumbling under her breath. There were 2 other gentlemen waiting for their pick up orders and were shocked at how rude the woman was to us. We got up and left. One of the gentlemen said he had been waiting for his order for over 30 minutes and he was told it would be 15 minutes. He was ready to leave also. The restaurant was very dirty also. What a shame since my parents liked to frequent that restaurant. Not anymore.

Ruby’s is usually really good, this visit it was meh! We also got the crabbiest waitress….food was warm, white rice was hard, buns were stale, almond cookies were literally slightly burnt and salty… hopefullythis was just a bad Saturday night!
