During my visit to McDonald’s at 1 NW 67th St, Lawton, OK 73505, I found the service below expectations. The employees appeared more preoccupied with their conversations and phones. After patiently waiting for approximately 4-5 minutes to pay, I had to knock to grab their attention. There wasn’t a long line or anything. The car ahead of me was already grabbing their food. Unfortunately, their response was rude and condescending. On a positive note, the food quality was decent. I urge McDonald’s to address the lack of attentiveness and improve customer service at this location.

Waited 15 mins at the order kiosk for the drive thru. When I asked why they stopped moving the line. The managers (at least he claimed to be the manager) response was that I should be grateful as due to the power outage they were the only ones open. So I then asked him why the line stopped for 15 mins and his response was he pulled the person off the drive thru and had them working the front counter. He was very rude and disrespectful and I will never set foot or tire in this McDonald’s again.

I tried to go here after the storms since our power is out and we cant cook.I ordered through the online app, and it took my money. When I got there the lady taking order told the car in front of us to ‘have a wonderful f*ing night’ as the car left. She refused to take our order unless we were uber eats or Doordash what whatever services she said. Rude as heck. I get you’re understaffed but at the end of the day your LITERAL JOB is to at least be polite.

My experience at McDonald’s on 67th and Gore in Lawton, Oklahoma was incredibly disappointing, to say the least. I visited this particular location with high hopes due to its convenient location, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The issues I encountered were a result of the poor management and lack of attention from Hermosa East LLC, the owners of this establishment.
