Agent Isaiah was rude. Pizza was never delivered. Tracker was inaccurate. When I called to check the status I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. Isaiah Never came back on the line. I had to call from a different phone and ask for a refund. He placed me on hold again this time without telling me. . So I hung up and called right back. . He then saidy order was still cooking, that he has no control over the tracker accused me of screaming at him and that he’s trying to do his job. He did his job poorly and I’m disappointed in the service . Now I understand why your reviews are so low

NEVER go to this dominos. Go to the one on Crenshaw if you are in the Gardena area. They are rude and very disrespectful they made my order wrong and I had to go back to the store. The big dark cashier ISAIAH locked the door and myself along with three other had to bang on the door until he finally let us in. I asked for a refund and he told me he’s NOT giving me my money back and took my pizzas. I have never in life experienced anything like this before. I called the manager Carlos and he defended the guy. Charges for a pizza I do not have is still on my card card statement. OWNER NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS. Customer Service is HORRIBLE. I see other reviews about this same guy. Smh!

That’s pretty bad that 7-Eleven pizza taste way more better than dominoes not only but paying seven dollars at 7:11 compared to nearly $20 for a plane cold pizza that lacks cheese even after ordering with extra cheese in the crust was very bland and it tasted burnt I’d rather go to 7-Eleven nothing against the staff that works here just the pizza quality super gross

Horrible customer service. They promote offers which do not honor. They have two minutes to bring your pizza to the door/car. The first time around they said they stopped the timer because they didn’t have the salad for my order. Today they stopped it because they had two order at the same time. I just want to know how that’s my problem. Also, last weekend they didn’t bring my pizza on time I got an email to redeem my pizzas, today I tried redeeming them and the email expired. REALLY!!!!!! I think it’s time to order from another place. I’m not giving them any stars.
