They prioritize the drive through, so it took a while to get our food. My dad got a drink which was supposed to be free for over 65. After we walked out, the manager started yelling that you have to pay for drinks and made my sister pay for it. She should have asked her employee and ensure it wasn’t a senior drink. Manager needs to do better.

Ordered a cheesy gordita crunch that is missing the crunch it is supposed to have a gordita shell wrapped around a crunchy taco The crunchy taco is missing along with the lettuce and then the other taco does not have lettuce either and the only substitution on the order was no tomatoes they kept a lot more than tomatoes on top of the fact their computer was down for the third time could not place the second order only can order through your app and the lady that waited on us was absolutely rude and very unprofessional

Flies and dead crickets everywhere. Ordering food happens at a kiosk and the workers completely ignored us until they had to call our food. They forgot an item that we ordered. Once we got our food, it tasted fine. I don’t know, I would probably place this Taco Bell toward the bottom of the list of Taco Bells as a result of this visit.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! BEAUTIFUL SERVICE, AMAZING FOOD. ONLY THING OPEN UNTIL 2AM!!! GIVE THESE WORKERS A BREAK! You guys need to realize that you’re the ones going to a FAST FOOD place at midnight. If I could put 0 stars I would. They are always out of stuff, whether it’s beef, tortillas, co2, hot sauce. The staff is rude. I have never received the right stuff I ordered, and if you try and take it back they will usually cop and attitude. Tortillas and chips are usually stale. Not even worth going.

This Taco Bell never gives out receipts. I get the same thing every time. Either they don’t have meet cooked or they are out of the crunch wrap shells. Sometimes it’s their computer down so they can’t take orders. This time I ordered the cheesy gordita crunch and they put onions on it. I never asked them to add it to it. I called to let the manager know and she thinks I am doing it for free food. It’s always a bad experience going to this place. I am done completely
