I absolutely love the Plymouth location. Great food & service. I had 2 issues with my recent trip there. The ladies’ restroom was a complete disaster. It was the day after cinco de Mayo. The chalkboard in the entrance had Margherita discounts. When I asked about the special pricing, I was told it was only for the previous day, cinco de mayo.

Not sure what happened to this place. Use to be amazing. It’s gone WAY downhill. Our last 4 orders were wrong and pretty much inedible. Seems like they are always in a huge hurry. No cheese sauce on top . The slightest avocado sauce. Stuff looks nothing like the pictures on Facebook. Tortillas forgotten twice. Really bummed because this place was great when they first opened. Picture I attached was when they are opened. Now the food doesn’t look that 🙁

The staff are what make this place an experience! I think the Sheboygan location should be called “Pacifico Grill and Bar II” because Plymouth far outreaches the customer service, staffing, and quality factors. This location makes me feel like a human (humanity means: ‘compassionate, sympathetic, or generous behavior or disposition’) – the Sheboygan location makes me feel like an object (when has tipping a waiter been dependent on the waiter’s schedule? Sheboygan doesn’t get it – Plymouth does – thank you for making me feel alive/real).
