Carry out order was handed to me 24 minutes late. It sat out of a box on the warming rack for approximately 5 minutes. The gentleman who handed me the pizza was unapologetic. The pizza wasn’t even warm enough to melt the garlic butter cup.

On the evening of 08/31/2020, I ordered from Papa John’s Pizza at 2000 South University Ave. (Ste. C) Little Rock, AR. I asked to speak with the manager. After going around with the guy on the phone, he state that he was the manager and his name was “KP”. I explained that the pizza was not in good condition. It was tossed. He basically said the he didn’t want to give his name due to bad experiences. I told him that it doesn’t have anything to do with me! He said that he wanted to make it right. He stated that he wanted to make it over and offer me a 20 oz soda. I felt like he didn’t take my feelings in consideration. I also felt that the situation was not handled properly.

this restaurant and it’s workers are too relaxed without a care in the world as to how they treat their customers or their workers. they don’t care about worker safety or customer safety. they don’t even glove up when they’re making someone’s food. and a mask? rare you see one of them.

The store always gets my order right and they are great people. They make the pizza right next to the edges and sauce and cheese. I swear I don’t work there. Wade and his crew do a fantastic job. If you want good pizza at a good price, you can’t go wrong. Oh by the way their delivery is it always when they say it’s going to be. I can’t believe that.! I ordered a large pizza & a 2L Sierra Mist for Sundays football game Bucs vs Cowboys & it took an hour to get to me PLUS they forgot my Sierra Mist. I paid $34 for a stuffed crust ultimate meats or whatever it’s called & didn’t get my drink smh. Couldn’t fault the driver all he does is deliver but dang cmon Papa Johns need you to deliver the items your customers are paying you for.
