I’ve been here the last 3 times and I’ve got nothing but wrong orders through the drive through and attitude from the new employees. 3rd time was the last straw which is why I’ll never decide to order from anything there again because there were these 2 girls laughing over the intercome and not paying attention when I was giving my order. All I wanted was a simple whopper with a large combo meal but they couldn’t get that right either. When I went inside to confront them, 2 of them(both heavy with glasses) gave me the smuggest look I’d ever seen. One of them who I assume was taking my order, pretended like she didn’t but I knew it was her by the sound of her voice. Luckily one older lady with blonde hair fixed my order but she had the most annoyed look on her face. Can’t say I blame her, I’d probably be too if I worked there now. Glad to see I’m not the only one who’s had problems with this Burger King. My friend went out to get some burgers for us last month with coupons and they ended up messing up our orders anyway. Haven’t been there myself for a year now and don’t intend to go back ever. It’s a shame really, I used to go to this Burger King all the time since high school but they clearly don’t care about their business anymore so why should I?

Walked in to get breakfast. Was told several times that someone would be with us. Took about 10 minutes for our order to be taken. Place wasn’t even busy. 1 person waiting inside and 2 cars in the drive thru. Meanwhile the entire back (where food is prepared) was full of smoke and some alarms going off. Everyone working looked like they don’t want to be here. Food took forever.

I’d say this is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to, but I’ve been to the one on Prospect Ave and that place is horrifying. This location regularly gets orders wrong, takes forever, and never has basic things available like milkshakes, ice cream, and apple sauce. I have no idea why the BK corporate headquarters allows this place to remain open.

Simple crispy chicken no tomato sub mayo and I got tomatoes and royal sauce get better workers who know how to do there jobs and I was the only person in the drive thru so no excuse of getting my sandwich wrong

We asked for coffee the the drive thru and the white cashier had no name tag and also gave me no receipt so I can’t list the name.anyways she or he Took my uncles and I order to get a coffee today 15 minutes ago .he asked for a new one since it was bitter the lady or man said I just made it How’s it bitter .she already was annoyed with taking out orders then had us repeat it like 3 times , then u get upset about it being made not to his liking.she also threatened to throw trash in my car .nasty attitude boy or girl!
