I would have given service five stars but every time I’ve asked for extra seasoning on my bow rounds it never seems to happen. It only happens in the drive through though so that’s why I still gave it four stars. Everything else about this place is superb

The chicken in my Cajun chicken biscuit was a bit dry and had been sitting too long. Normally everything at this location is pretty good but this was not as good as I’ve experienced in the past.

I ordered a Bo’s chicken sandwich (the one with the pickles) and they gave me a grilled chicken sandwich. My husband brought it back up for me and told them it was wrong and which one I wanted. They brought it back out and it was still wrong! It was fried chicken with tomato and lettuce. I was beyond frustrated at that point and just ate my fries. I went to read other google reviews and I see people warning that this location regularly gets orders wrong. We even went inside to order, not the drive through and it was still wrong. I also saw people say that when it’s young people working, something will be wrong and they did all look young.

I love Bojangles in general but they have been falling off not getting the order right. Other than that I this is my spot. I don’t eat any other fast food. And to be honest I had to discipline myself from that Cajun filet biscuit with cheese… OMM Oh My My, love it with fries no seasoning. Yes it’s the way to go…

We went here to get takeout to bring back home to eat with a group of folks. We were told ahead of time that this location never gets the order completely right and that we needed to go inside to order… and then we were to check the complete contents (including the number of chicken) before we left to get any problems corrected. We found that our order was exactly as ordered! We were told that this was because there were adults managing the store that night instead of young adults. I’m very glad to have had a great experience and I’ll update again if we find these rumors to be true.
