Normally it’s an ok McDonalds. but my last two experiences have made me not want to go to this location. A few days ago I was off work at 10pm and I wanted to smoothie from McDonald’s. So I stopped and ordered a large Mango pineapple smoothie along with a water bottle. Once I got home I realized they charged me $11 for a SMOOTHIE and 1 WATERBOTTOLE! Ridiculous. Then this morning I wanted an ice coffee.. I stopped at This location and asked for a M ice Caramel latte.. at the window they hand me a S. And I told the guy at the window “I asked for a M” and he says “Yep That is a M” Keep in mind I’ve been to McDonald’s multiple times I know how their Cup sizes are.. a Small was given yet I paid the price of a M. I didn’t want to argue about cup sizing so I just drove of. but It’s ridiculous they need to stop stealing peoples money

I never eat at McDonald’s but today I am on a road trip so I got the bacon egg and cheese biscuit breakfast sandwich and it was delicious and the employees in the drive-thru were also so nice. I also got a hazelnut latte which was way too sweet. Not bad.

Today me and my friends decided to go to our local McDonalds for our lunch break. Upon arriving to the drive thru we had two separate orders. I understand it’s an inconvenience but we were in a rush. Towards then end of the second order the woman had a hard time understanding what I was saying so Andrew got on the microphone. After telling him my order he said “why are you saying it like that” and I ignored it because I thought he was trying to be funny. We finished our order and come up to the window. When we got to the paying window I saw who it was, Andrew, but I was surprised because he is usually nice to us when we go to McDonalds. Not today.

normally its great here but i went with my friends and mine ordered for me (he has an accent) and the worker kept asking him to speak normally and said “jesus christ speak normal learn some patience” because he thought our friend with the accent was saying it in a negative tone, which he was not. and made fun of the way he said carmel. after this at the window he asked which order that was and when i got my food i had barely any fries and it was clear the worker had to do with it. he also didnt give my friend with the accent his food that he payed for. he called us “annoying” and called our with the accent friend jobless (he has a job). the worker had red hair and beard and he was super rude we just wanted food for lunch and we got called children and other names by the worker. as someone who worked in food service it is frustrating but there is no way you should be agressive and hateful twords the customers. it was totally unnecessary to treat my friend like that. definitely do not wanna come here again. the girls were super nice tho thanks girlies.

The drive thru is becoming a huge problem at this McDonalds. Traffic on the street is often backed up because people are waiting in line for the drive thru when there is no way to turn around or get out of the traffic. Sometimes the line for the drive thru blocks traffic so much where it will take 5+ minutes just to get out of the parking lot across the street. I have complained to corporate about this issue a couple of times but unfortunately I don’t think there is much that can be done. One time I was in the drive through and the associate gave me my food and she was very disrespectful and yelled in my face. I have complained to corporate regarding this issue too. I will not eat at this McDonalds ever again!

This is for McDonald’s not chick fil a . I ate a blueberry pie and drank a coffee and ate a Oreo McFlurry, I started sweating , dripping sweat , I felt dizzy , I felt nauseous, I felt weak , I threw up everything from McDonald’s and regret ever going . I felt good poisoned , I ordered food for 3 kids me and my girlfriend, and was very worried about them and 1 of the kids complained of the taste of “poison “ in his fries . I don’t recommend this location whatsoever, it’s not worth the risk of food poisoning, it is easy and safer to buy food else where these employees are not educated enough to keep their customers safe.
