Drive thru order. Never been before to this place. Went to the order menu and started asking about everything. I don’t know who took my order but he was very educated on the menu and explained everything to me. Took his time and told me about items that aren’t on the menu. Very impressive and the food is delicious!

Runza is the best. Love the frings, hamburgers/buns delicious. Chicken ranch wraps are a favorite with our grandson. Eats two w fries, gets one to go. Chocolate ice cream cone the perfect end. Come September they bring the their chili back for the fall/winter season..husband loves it. Enjoy.

If I could give service more than 5 stars I would!!! I think the lady at the front counter was the manager. She was efficient, didn’t make mistakes and nice! On top of that she was nice to her staff and very patient with those that were learning new skills!!!! I would come back just for that! Great job!

Service was friendly and fast. The staff worked together as a team, recognizing what needed to be done next and just taking care of it. Customers did not have to wait to be recognized when they entered and someone was there quickly to take their order.

I ordered a meal but didn’t come with a drink. I think they should automatically come with a drink when you order the meal. That’s my only complaint. The food was good we always stop on our way through Nebraska.

Went inside to order to go. 6:45pm on a Wednesday. Ordered two cheese Runzas, was told it would be 15 minutes for a Runza because they didn’t realize they were out. Didn’t have time to wait, so we ordered cheeseburgers, which we started to eat on the road. Both were cold. Like came out of the refrigerator cold. Never got our kids milk either. Grew up in Lincoln. SO DISAPPOINTED in the quality of food and service.

We came for the fries and stayed for the ranch! What a great gem of a restaurant chain! Just visiting NE from TX and Runza was suggested as a must before we left. We had Runzas and frings and it was delicious! The staff though, they were amazing! Courteous and freindly, we were treated like regulars or family even. I will recommend this place to everyone.

Ordered the cod fish sandwich and it came out cold still was frozen in the middle. Then I ordered a cheese runs instead Got that it was cold the cheese wasn’t even melted Onion rings and fries were great. The guy that helped us was great not his fault just a bad day in the back.
