Ok, someone please help, the staff and I went into a pacific argument over which I claimed to be carné guisada and they claimed to be Chile Colorado. The plate still tasted really good, but everywhere I have been in the country it’s called carne guisada . the staff was very professional.

I had Estevan as a server, and let me just say. He had SO much going on with all of his tables, and he did AMAZINGLY. We aren’t from here, so this was a breath of fresh air compared to all of the other places we’ve eaten in Nebraska. Aside from Estevan, the kitchen / bar was EXTREMELY fast. One of the fastest and best experiences I’ve ever had!
