I order often and just recently started doing carryout. Last week when I came in, I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me because they were counting out their tips (this was around 9pm so it’s not like they were super busy with pickups as there was no one else waiting except me).

I order from here at least once a week with 5 kids and sports at night. The pizza it’s self is good if they could just stop making mistakes. Every order averages $60 plus dollars so when frequent mistakes are made on my order I want it fixed. I get attitudes when I call or their giggling on the phone. Tonight’s order made it here in less than 30 minutes but my Hawaiian BBQ pizza arrived a regular BBQ as you can see. I was then told we can make you a new one but it’ll be at least and hour and a half. Great so here it is 10:30 and I have a cold Hawaiian BBQ pizza. The driver was amazing the drivers are always great he asked what the problem was and if it was something he did. I always order in app so there is no confusion on my order. I wish I wasn’t stuck to one location for delivery.

Every now and then you have to order from somewhere you haven’t eaten in a couple years just to confirm to yourself…. Yep it’s still not worth it. Never know where Papa John’s went downhill because I used to consider them the best pizza. Must be the twilight zone now since Dominos is decent and Papa John’s is the bottom of the barrel. Only gave 3 stars because the chicken bite things were good. The new Doritos papadia reminded me of half full soggy calzone. The NY style pizza was soggy. Put it in fridge with hope that it might be better the next day since it was barely eaten by any of my family tonight. Well maybe I’ll try it again in a couple more years hoping it gets better but for being 20 bucks more than Domino’s for similar amount of food I’ll probably pass.

I used to own a Papa Johns in Ohio, my first time at this location, my pizza was at least a 95/100 (that’s how Papa J’s scores then). Ordered on a Sat night with extra sauce & well done, when any pizza place is busy one or both of these might not be done. Dough late I’m the night (it’s 9:25) can set out too long – resulting in too think (too doughy) crust not the case at all. Papa crust is fermented like I fine wine no sugar added though fermenting adds sweetness. Papa won’t serve dough before day 3 not after day 7, never frozen but kept at 35 degrees and brought out of cooler till 52 then back in each day. This was really good day 3-6 dough well prepared. Cheese lock could e been tighter hence not a 100 pizza but darn close! Nice work plus Evan at the end of the night smiling – genuine smiling faces! This is how EVERY Papa Johns should ge, nice work y’all!!!!

Ordered over the phone and when I received my order I got 2 X-LARGE pizza’s, I had ordered 1 XL and 1 L. Secondly, when the driver came, we wanted to pay with 100 bill and the driver did not have enough change. I would be tipping the driver over $25, which was not happening. We are from Canada and when we tried paying with credit card, it was not accepted (this is just mind boggling, how does a credit card from Canada not work in the USA??!).

I wish I could give this place less than one star. Paid the ridiculous delivery fee and also tip their driver only to have my entire order the wrong half of the pizza didn’t even have cheese on it and the sauces were smashed into the top of the pizza and The wings I ordered were not the right flavor and the biggest problem with all of this is the food wasn’t even for me it was for my two children who came to stay the night with me and this place just completely ruined them being able to eat what is that they asked me to order for that I would never order from this place I would never recommend this place it’s absolutely awful they did nothing for me I didn’t offer money back didn’t offer nothing this place is a joke

My pizza was editable. Kind of. I ordered an the works, but my pizza seemed very lacking on toppings. There was toppings in the middle in a small pile. And to be honest it wasn’t very tasty either. I’ll stick with dominoes from now on.

Not a fan of their pizza. I have not had anything but cauliflower keto pizza for about 15 months until I went home to MA for thanksgiving and I can say I miss the great restaurants in New England. The sauce was to spicy, the cheese was tasteless and the crust wasn’t terrible but def not that great. Bought one med pizza and garlic knots then sid the price for just items get to $26? Definitely not worth it.
