Terrible place. Slow and unproductive. When they do give you food, it’s the barest minimum possible. Asked to have them made again…still the same thing, almost nothing in the tacos. I paid nearly 8 for the 3 taco combo, it should feel like it costs that much. You get more meat going to Jack in the Box for tacos. Bad staff, bad cooks, bad restaurant. Move on to somewhere else

I come here often, I already have a review from some time ago. And all I have to say is this; When I order a cheese quesadilla, I expect CHEESE on my quesadilla. I just bought 2 cheese quesadillas and they have such a horrid taste I can’t even eat it. Not to mention there is BARLEY any cheese on there. And we sat in the line at the drive through to order for about 5 minutes and could hear the employees talking even before they helped us. Taco Bell everywhere else in the world is good so why isn’t Highlands? Like you guys are seriously so bad at your jobs. Or do you just not care? You’re making people waste their money on food they can’t eat. Do better or quit, nobody wants someone who can’t cook making their food. And put more cheese on the cheese quesadillas. It’s literally the only thing on there. I have more to say but I’ll leave it at that.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had at KFC/ TB. The employees were busy talking amongst themselves and let us stand at the counter for at least 7 minutes or so before we could make our order. The order was incorrect and incomplete, even after the associate read our original order back to us. Supposed to be 2 classic wraps with a 4 piece strip with mashed potatoes and gravy. Instead we got 4 wraps, they were not made correctly. The entire store was dirty and not stocked for customers, no silverware, no condiments,napkins. The cover came off the drink dispenser while I was there. Other customers had to come multiple times to the counter asking for cutlery and napkins.

Do you guys try to make the food as nasty as possible? Do you want your reputation to be “The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to? Wouldn’t it be nice if you guys decided to be one of the only restaurants that had good service and made people happy? And the damn slushy machine has been broke for 3 weeks now.

I pulled in the drive thru and waited a few minutes for them to open. After about 5 minutes of waiting until after they opened I called to ask if they were open and they said they were having technical difficulties. after waiting a few more minutes I pulled around and was going to try the lobby. Front door had a sign saying it was broke and directs to a side door but it was locked. Seeing the reviews and run down condition of this place it was time to go, even though me and the fam was craving some tacos and we don’t have one nearby. I am glad we didn’t get a chance to make an order. I am sure we dodged a bullet there.

Cold tortillas around the burritos many times that I have ordered and the chicken strips that are barbequed or covered in a sauce were quite over done and hard. Some of the staff are great but so many have a bored surly attitude.

the last 3 times I have been here my quesadilla has been barely cooked and it looked like this. It was hardly warm. This time I went and asked for it to be extra toasted and it still looked like this. Highly disappointing. Also, the last time I was there they lost my order and after I waited 35 minutes for a quesadilla and burrito they were both thrown together and not heated properly

I ordered 3 Doritos tacos and the shell tasted stale and not very crunchy at all. I waited, almost 20 minutes for cold food, ordered 2 tacos with sour cream only 1 had it. Not very pleased

Get cut off in the middle of making your order , then wait 1/2 hour for your order in the drive-thru…get rushed and told to move when you go to verify your order and make sure you got everything you needed/order … for them to not put utensils and napkins in bag. So you walk up to the drive thru window other customer understand. Staff looks irritated that you have any expectations of them.

Highland Taco Bell/KFC has to be the WORST fast food place in the world. I don’t know why I keep going here. Tonight I left my house an hour early to get food for my kid before her practice waited in a very normal line for AN HOUR, she didn’t get to eat and was late to practice. Something has to be done about the management here. Every time I get food it’s nasty or cold.. every time I try to doordash they cancel the order (I go up to order myself they aren’t busy and have everything in my order so there is zero reason other than the workers are LAZY!) it’s very annoying. I do not write yelp reviews ever so the fact that I am doing so right now is Saying something. Get it together, man.
